The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful and the rooms were just like the pictures. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. There were 5 adults in our group and we all loved it and agreed that we would stay there again.
Don’t have anything negative to say.

Every thing - the staff were very friendly and gave a good service,
The rooms (all the 3 rooms I booked) were big, very clean with comfortable beds.
The location is superb- right on the train station- just across the road.
Very good breakfast with large verity of food and… a guitar player who played during breakfast.

The location is great, walkable distance to the market and other points of interest. Also easily accessible through public transport. We traveled with our two young daughters and the size of the room we stayed in was perfect for us - spacious enough to even allow them some play time. The staff at the dining hall was very hospitable and welcoming (we only had breakfasts there but had special dietary needs that needed to be met). The breakfast itself was diverse and tasty.
With the exception of the dining room staff, most of the staff we ran into at the reception, the parking lot and the pool were either rude, unwelcoming or simply unprofessional. The lifeguard at the pool spent the majority of the time on his phone, smoking directly under the "no smoking" sign. The pool itself is much smaller than it appears to be in the photos.
