Verona

Good location, free parking

The parking lot for the guest is very difficult to find. If you use the parking space, you should resister your car plate number and find the wide space at 1st basement floor. The separated 2 narrow space is for the owner.

Excellent location, no issues or complaints with our stay.

The hotel is within apartments, in its own private section but still when you enter from the street is like entering the apartment complex then you go to the hotel section.

location

none

Large, clean room and bathroom. Bedlinen and towels were also good and clean. Good location - everything within walking distance. Check-out time was at 12:00

- There is no balcony. When I inquired about it at the reception, the lady there aggressively denied its existence. She claimed that it was never offered or guaranteed, and that they would provide it if available but it wasn't guaranteed. I didn't appreciate her aggressive confrontation at all. Instead of trying to clarify or explain, she immediately raised her voice, shut me down, and didn't even let me speak. I booked the room because of the balcony - I even paid 20% more than another place just because it had one. I felt misled. - There is no refrigerator in the room. - Every step, movement, or whisper in the corridor can be heard in the room. The sound isolation is very poor.
