Khedi Hotel Tbilisi

The hotel is well located, silent and easy to reach. The breakfast is good and has got many selections and choice. The rooms are individual and have got a nice apperance and you can find everything there. The staff ist friendly.

Rooms was beautifully furnished, exactly as on photos. Everything was new and clean, beds were very comfy. Breakfast is served a la carte on the top floor restaurant with a great view. We really liked the stay! Location is fairly good, but you still need to take taxi or bus to the city center.

Rooms are not easily accessible if you have luggage or limited mobility. In the building we stayed in, there is no elevator to the first floor - only stairs.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is clean, the location is good, and the staff are polite. They also kindly allowed us a late check-out until 1:00 PM because our flight was at 9:45 PM, which we really appreciated. However, there are several areas that need improvement. Room service was very slow. Whenever we requested something, it often took one to two hours to receive it. Housekeeping was disappointing. We requested room cleaning, but when we returned, the bathroom door had been left open, our personal belongings had been moved, and a small portable bidet that had been stored in our bag was opened, causing the water inside to leak and soak our small suitcase and other items. The used cups were also placed back without being cleaned. We also requested laundry service, but our clothes were returned the next day without being washed because their washing machines were not working. We wish we had been informed earlier so we could have made other arrangements. We hope these comments help improve the service for future guests.
