Very good location in Yerevan City downtown

Location is in heart of the City and price is cheap compared to other hotels in this location

Housekeeping staff is not doing there job properly. Room was not cleaned properly when we checked inn..Dirt was there in washbasin.. they are not changing towels if we are not asking..they will just come and take the waste from baskets and leave. I have requested Baby bed during the booking but they didn't provided

The location was excellent. Breakfast was poor but enough.

Reception was not willing to help. They were never welcoming us back even with a pretending smile, or asking about any help they could provide.

staffs cannot speak english and it is hard to communicate with them. Even the front desk during the day, they cannot speak fluently. Lots of miscommunication. I live in USA for 20 years and speak english fluently, I called the front desk and they couldn't speak english with me (they may claim the guest can't speak, but I can speak and I can tell you the front desk wasnot speaking english). We arranged a shuttle (not free) to pick up guests at the airport. The shuttle had my name on their sign (not the guests). The guests couldn't find the shuttle because the driver was waiting for someone else. The hotel charged us 14000Dram. It is a SCAM becareful

Excellent location right at the Republic Square. Sumptuous breakfast, clean rooms, Excellent assistance at check in and check out. Great value for the price.

Temperature in the room was very high which made it uncomfortable which required us to open the window/door of the balcony which had to be done carefully to ensure that the very cold Temperature outside did not cause more discomfort

Very good, clean, and comfortable hotel just two steps from the Square of Republic. Being right in the city center, it is very quiet. The room was large and well-furnished. They also serve delicious breakfast.

I stayed 5 nights and was not feeling the best, everyone except one was very accommodating and extremely helpful during my stay. However, the typical Russian expressionless-face and stoic faces pervaded. Everyone seemed to be intrigued by my difference and was curious and friendly outside the hotel. The room was huge and comfortable with a sofa and desk. The view was of some buildings across and a tea stand across. The hotel is tucked beside the Republic Square and hard to get there by car, one has to weave their way around to get to the front of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The dining staff were very hardworking and cleaned constantly. The hotel was filled to capacity. The hotel is almost across the national history museum, beautiful government offices, the Courtyard Marriott, and a beautiful shopping district plaza with no car area all the way to the Moskowich Square. Many musicians playing along the way in the evenings. The area is bustling at night. Using Bolt taxi app you can get anywhere easily and quickly and cheaply on card or cash. The genocide museum, the pianists museum are all very close but you will need a taxi. The front desk 99% spoke good English. Best to get your airport taxi through Booking or Bolt, it is cheaper than the hotel provided taxi service. The hotel arranged a private driver and car to visit outside the city for me albeit very pricey. This hotel may not be the ideal for Americans like myself.

1. No bellboy service to help with the luggage 2. Shower leaks out water, the door is out of whack and Mold in showers 3. Condescending front desk clerk at checkout and very argumentative even to respond to a question. I am not sure why she was always on defense. Ruined my otherwise a 9 star review. She needs to learn to treat customers kindly even if the customer is wrong. 99 Good apples. 4. Food forbidden to take outside the food area with no exceptions.

Location is top! It’s in the center or in the nucleus of the capital city which makes it very convenient. Thankfully, we got an upgrade so it was super comfortable with the value of money. Nice staff, with prompt response to our request, housekeeping is done everyday. Great breakfast!

Some floorings under the carpet are uneven or some levels of the floor in and outside the room are a bit unsafe;-( Kind of outdated, but the rest is almost perfect;-)))
