The room was spacious and clean. It felt good. The pool was lovely and clean and the location of the motel was so so handy.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to make an unplanned pit stop in Ballina due to some car trouble. But the lovely couple were so accommodating even helped us change our trailer tyre. Nice comfortable bed clean room and bathroom. No complaints 👌🏽

The owners were so kind, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
Nothing to note, the air con was a bit noisy but really all was ok.

Motel was central to where we had to go,everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The price of motel accomodation .All of the Ballina motels are overpriced at the moment.The Colonial was one of the cheapest but $280 for one night is ridiculous
