Comfortable and spacious room. Restaurant on site for good meal. Although busy, the room was quiet.

Firstly, bonus points for be gorgeous dog in reception. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable. Beds were so cosy, blankets were so nice we didn't even need the heat pump on at night. Towels in the bathrooms were lovely, and everything was clean and tidy. The only 2 complaints are the TV in the room with the spa the reception is not good at all, not worth turning it on as you can't get any clear picture, and the hot water takes a fair while to kick in. We will definitely return in future though.

the pool area was nice and relaxing. the bed was quite comfortable. it is only a short drive into town. the staff were friendly
the foxtel that was advertised did not work the whole week and we had to log into our own Netflix account and use our own data. we also did not have any cutlery in the room and there was a sign in the room that said if you want cutlery call reception. the bathroom is very outdated. it is more of a motel than a resort

It had a pool and was great for a child
Check in seemed to be a difficult task as there was nobody at the reception and the door didn’t open, I seemed to upset the lady when I rang the phone .
The spa was dirty and seemed like someone left their soap there . Tea , coffee and shampoo is only topped up once per your stay even though we booked for two days. It is recommended to take your own tea coffee sugar milk rather than relaying in the property as you won’t get none.

the restaurant on sight - made it easy after a long day on the road we didn’t need to waste time finding somewhere else to eat.
the bath in the bathroom was a bonus - made it easier to wash small children
