+ High quality service, reception staff has impeccable English + Hotel has a pool! (we forgot to take our swimming accessories but we wish we had) + Views from the window and balcony are just stunning, it's so cool to drink a bottle of beer or a cup of coffee looking at the mountains and snowy peaks + Restaurant has reasonable prices and good food, the selection could be larger, but it'll do great for a couple of days + Great breakfast, lots of options

- Walls between rooms are paper-thin - you will hear anybody walking in the corridor, talking in the neighboring room, someone else's phone alarm in the morning as if it was in your own room (it's hard to have a good sleep) - The above flaw is probably the reason for not having a TV set in a room - otherwise all the denizens of the whole floor would have to listen to somebody's TV (this is definitely surprising for a 4* hotel, not in a good way - I really like to watch movies with my wife in the evening) - Hotel is located at the town outskirt on a hill (it's a 10-15 min walk down to town center, but the town is rather small anyways) - We couldn't find any fried eggs or scramble during breakfast in the restaurant until it was too late (when we were leaving), turns out they had a stand with a cook in the neighboring hall that cooked all eggs

wonderful hotel! very beautiful authentic interior, use of the pool and sauna is included in the price, the breakfast is incomparable, everything is very tasty. Special thanks to administrator Shako for extending the checkout and for helping with luggage storage. I'd love to come back again.

Шакарный отель, выше всех похвал, цена качество на высоте, а этот вид из окна... Сразу видно что отель эко френдли, вместо пластиковых карточек, красивые ключи, никакого пластика, все в номере удобно и функционально, посуда и и чайник просто огонь. Заврак это отдельное мероприятие, 3-4 раза ходили за добавкой, все вкусное и свежее. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить бассеин и тренажерный зал, это немыслимо с таким видом заниматься, а массаж просто услада для путника.

В ванной комнате действительно нехватает какой то перегородки, после душа весь пол мокрый, и можно было хоть один крючек для полотенца для рук сделать. В номере нет шкафа, и вешалок, одна для верхней одежды и все.
