Comfortable bed, room clean and lady in reception very nice and helpful.

Hotel shown as 4 star when booking, but only a 2 star. I was sure I reserved room and breakfast, but breakfast was extra and very poor.

We could park our camper outside the hotel on the street for free. We could walk into the old town in under 30 minutes. The manageress supplied a map and guided us to the places we wanted to visit.

We have been twice and love the accomodation and the lovely welcome by Flora. The rooms are basic but clean, uncluttered and ideal for us. The location is perfect as we have a dog. There are parks very close and everything you could need re supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. The old town is an easy walk away. We love Hotel Plaza!

Nothing. We were offered extra lighting as the rooms are quite dark but we didn't need it.

The lady who welcomed me was an absolute treasure. Flora, thank you so much for your time and diligence. She points out all the local sights and best way to get there. When I was leaving she told me of a couple of places of interest to visit on my route. I'm going to try to call in on my return journey.

A little noisy at times

The host was great, so kind and helpful. Lovely lady. The hotel is in a good location. Room more than adequate for an overnight stay. Have booked to return. Microwave in communal area is so useful. Aircon a blessing! Hot water! Comfy beds.

A little dark in the room.

Location, good street parking, restaurants 100 metres away. Room was spacious and clean although basic. The receptionist gave us a map and explained everything. Very pleasant lady.

No soundproofing at all. You could hear every sound and movement from just about every guest in other rooms. So unfortunately didn't have a good sleep. Reception closes at 6pm so beware if you arrive late. We arrived from Madrid Airport and by the time we got our hired car and drove down, without stopping, we were 45mins late and were told that they would not wait but had to pleaded to the lady ,to please wait, which thankfully, she did.

Staff and rooms design

The walls are thin and doors do not provide the sound isolation, so you can hear the neighbors pretty good, steps, conversations, TVs :( It’s 10-15min walk from the main part of the city. For this price better to find something better

We had a good communication with the host and she gave us directions and hints about the town.

The hotel is actually the first floor of an apartment block with small rooms decorated in a "rustic" style, so the photos are misleading (although real). A mini-fridge would have been very useful - even a communal fridge in the hallway would have been good. The facilities were basic and we think the price is too high for the Spanish standards. In general, the hotel looks ok, but seriously overrated.

The location worked well for us, easy to park for free on the street outside and lots of local bars / restaurants within walking distance. The whole place was decorated with cool African furnishings.

They rang us at 1230 to say that reception was closed between 1400 and 1800 which was inconvenient. The room was basic, but that was reflected in the price. Perhaps we were unlucky, but there were some pipe noises starting quite early prohibiting a sleep-in. It would have been a long walk to the historic area, but we drove there and found a space nearby.

from the first contact with the staff we where made very welcome. the lady at reception was really helpful , she explained everything we required and more.

Receptionist extremely helpful, I think her name was Flora, all questions anticipated & downloaded from Spanish to English, very helpfull. Breakfast in adjoining cafe 5 euros for2 !!!!!!!

The owner met us personally and - using google translate - gave us every piece of information we needed. She explained where all the sites where and was extremely helpful.

Far better inside don’t judge but exterior Receptionist incredibly helpful with her transition app steered us to all the must see locations

25 minute walk from old city

It worth the price. Free parking just in front of entrance. Fast and stable Wifi. Friendly staff. 15 min by walk to city center. Daily room service.

Room could be cleaner, but not critical. Bartender in restaurant speaks only spanish, so it's a bit complicated to speak with him.
