Breakfast was amazing And the snow for a desert girl like me...it was worth every view.Very helpful staffs...

This is a lovely boutique classic Ski resort with the most splendid view of the Caucasus mountains and when it snows it’s surreal. The owner, the staff and everyone there was rather helpful and cheerful. We loved our stay at the resort . They have an excellent restaurant and the breakfast spread is elegant and tasteful. Everything is freshly prepared

Some of the vase category rooms are way too small. Go for deluxe rooms.

Monte boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains, coupled with an exceptional staff. A special shout-out goes to their Manager, Sofie/Sofia, who warmly greeted us upon arrival and went the extra mile by presenting delightful sweets for my kids along with a heartfelt welcome letter. Their personal touch made my children feel incredibly welcomed and special. Additionally, applause to the diligent housekeeping staff who ensured our room remained clean and tidy throughout our stay. Kudos to the entire Monte Team for maintaining such high standards – keep up the excellent work!

The location was very good and the checkin checkout process was very easy and quick

The rooms were way too small and the moment u checkin, the staff gives u a list of property damages and fines list. It’s not a great way of welcoming ur guest. The restaurant options were very limited . This could have been a lot better

It wasnt clean, the bathroom specifically, the door handle of our room fell off no one fixed it, no one came to clean when we asked. The sauna door wouldnt open

The location far away from the center and they don't have someone to help for carrying your luggage

The place is AMAZING, the view is SPECTACULAR, the rooms are clean, modern and very nice. The toilet has a bidet, which is essential for Arabs, the bathroom has glass walls but there are curtains ( as some come as friends) The receptionists were so polite, welcoming and friendly. Their breakfast was fine. They have coffee, tea, two kinds of juices, and cerials. They had fresh fruit, cheeses, omelette, chicken with cream, sauteed vegitable, different kinds of bread. I would really recommend the place, I'll definitely stay in it if I visit again.

They close the hotel door at night, and they open it by 8 in the morning, but you can call a number on the door, and they will open it for you.

Great location with the most amazing view of the mountains. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. There wasn’t many staff but those that were there, were very helpful and friendly (not peak season). The sauna and hot tub were great. Excellent room service and the food was delicious. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. Highly recommend

The property is very clean..and all their staff is friendly as well. They have their sauna that they can offer to their customers. They serve shisha..and the food for breakfast is very good and worth the price we paid.

Only I didn’t like is we have to pay for their sauna. It could have been free access to their customers. As it’s in the hotel.

first of all the view is magnificent !!! the hotel is quite , very clean , stuff are friendly and wanted to meet every need we had. breakfast was great and rich, there is a play room with pool , football and ping pong tables which is a game changer once there is a snow storm (we had to stay a full day at the hotel and it was great).

The bathroom is a room covered with glass which is a part of the room. It has a corten but it does not cover the side of the bathroom which has a mirror to the room - so you can see everything from the room . We had to be very creative to close the corten properly in orter to have some privacy. If an open bathroom is your thing - than Jackpot Also the hotel is a far from New Gudauri where the sky lifts are. There is a good and efficient shuttle till 16:00. Going the the center afterwards is only with a taxi ( 20 L each direction )

The view was fantastic, the room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast had what we wanted and was okay.

Wi-fi wasn't good so any work calls and emails I had to do I had to wait for the connection to be stable as the connection was dropping on and off. The tv wasn't working same as with my last stay.

The staff is amazing. Misha, Lika and all the others are super welcoming and helping in any occasion. Rooms are very clean and the view is awesome.

We didn’t know that the spa/sauna use was for extra charge. The morning breakfast could have been better.
