Sea Sponge is an awesome property! I am very picky when it comes to rentals and it met all my expectations. The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach is easy. The house is VERY well stocked with useful items, the beds are comfortable, and it was extremely clean. There was a minor hiccup with some repairs being done to the house while we were there, but communication regarding it was very good. Overall the communication regarding the property was wonderful - before and during our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 3 adults, 2 kids (9yo and 5yo), 2 grandparents in their mid-60s and an elderly 92yo great grandparent, greatly enjoyed our stay at Sea Sponge! The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space, soft carpeting and very comfortable bedding and linens. The master bedroom had a balcony with gorgeous views overlooking the ocean, top of palm trees and the community pool. The covered back patio was very serene and lets out to the short walk toward the pool and hot tub entrance, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The garage was spacious with plenty of beach toys to keep the kids busy at the beach, which was also a little walk from the house. We enjoyed sunset and night walking on the very private and convenient corner of the beach - lots of reeds on this end but wasn’t a problem for us at all. The living area of the home was an ideal meeting place for all the family to get together to play board games (which is well-stocked in the home) and the kitchen was conveniently stocked as well. Overall, our time here was spectacular!

Beautiful property with close proximity to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The property managers were excellent at communicating all the important details regarding our stay throughout the entire process. This made our stay very stress-free. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

We stayed at the Sea Sponge for spring break and had the best time! The rental was incredibly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The communication from iTrip was also stellar- some of the best we've ever had while on vacation. The beds were so comfy; we all slept wonderfully at the end of the day. The view from the deck was so pretty! Beautiful sunrises over the ocean. There were two beach bikes and a lot of beach toys for our kiddo. The location of the house is perfect-close to the pool, a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. The little neighborhood is so quiet! We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed cruising the island. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Highly recommend this rental!!

Beautiful property, exactly as described. The home was really clean. Just a short walk to the beach. I suggest ordering beach chairs from IOP Beach. They sit them up and take them down daily. It is worth the money. We attempted to book for next year, but our dates were unavailable. The owner was very responsive. The only issue we had was wifi would occasionally slow down. I had to reset it a few times over the week.

Cleanest property we have ever had. My husband is a retired Marine and he agrees. Unusual! Only one issue. Back porch door coming off hinges. We reported it by text but not fixed by the time we left. Everything else was perfect. Beautifully furnished home. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent thanksgiving on the beach with our adult Children. We had so much fun! The home was beautiful and has everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the bathrooms were super clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. 5 stars for sure!

Very beautiful property in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were very excited when we arrived but then became disappointed when we saw caution tape on the stairs leading up to the bedrooms. No one had mentioned there was damage to the stairs and it looked kinda tacky. We then received a message that the wifi was down. They asked us to unplug the router and plug it back in to see if that reset it. It didn’t. The second day there, contractors showed up unannounced. They were working on the AC unit. They informed us the wifi was down last week for the people who rented. So this was something that the management company was aware of but did not let us know. Our daughter planned to stay with us a couple days but was not able to as she needed to be able to work from her laptop but couldn’t with out wifi. Then we were informed the cable company was going to come by and work on fixing the issue. So that’s 2 contractors at the property during our stay and no working wifi. We use Ring cameras at our home when we travel and I was unable to see anything happening at my house due to no wifi. I’m just thankful I didn’t plan on making this a working vacation like I often do. I wouldn’t have been able to log in to my computer. Property was very pretty but we paid for a vacation…not to deal with contractors and caution tape and no wifi. As I told the Management team, transparency is all that was needed. Let us know what to expect and any problems we should be aware of. They claimed they were giving us a good refund but I haven’t heard anything more from them and we’ve been home for a week now.

Sea Sponge is a beautiful house. Access to the pool is just steps from the back patio. Beach access is a short walk away. The home is located in a gated community within a gated community (Wild Dunes).

The Sea Sponge Property was absolutely amazing! We have stayed at a number of other vacation properties and this was one of if not my very favorite. This house has everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing vacation such as towels, beach toys, a well equipped kitchen, television, and the most comfortable beds! Our very favorite part was having a glass of rose on the top balcony watching the sun go down over the ocean. Our family of five created lasting memories at this house and can not wait to book again for next summer.

We just stayed at this home and it was amazing. Our favorite part of the home were the porches that were perfect in the mornings or afternoons. The house was so well equipped and comfortable. We loved the location to the pool and the beach was a short walk away. Also...two bikes for our use!!!!!!!

Our family spent a week at Sea Sponge - an absolutely wonderful beach home. The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out and relax. The beds were all comfortable with very nice linens. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and long walks on the beach. The kitchen was well appointed with everything one would need from coffee in the morning to preparing a full dinner. The screened porch and upstairs deck are great outdoor spaces. The deck upstairs was particularly nice for morning coffee, evening cocktails or just catching some sun. The view is incredible! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Sponge and hope to come back. We highly recommend it anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful house and amazing location! We took a family vacation with our two four year olds and had the best time. So many fun things for kids to do - beach, pool, aquariums, museums, bikes, etc. The town is beautiful with several places to eat as well as a short drive to Charleston for more food and shopping. The house had everything you needed and more when traveling. Plenty of space for entertaining, a well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, cleanliness and amazing beach views. Never once had to call the owners for any issues with the house because everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back next year as this trip was just the best and the house was just exquisite!

The Sea Sponge was a stunning beach house, looks even prettier than the pictures. Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Our large group, ages 1 to 72, filled all 4 bedrooms and everyone said their bed was truly comfortable. Bathrooms and closets nice and roomy with storage space. The house is very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, plus more. It was nice to have a washer/dryer available. The view is of course breath taking, the beach and pool were amazing. Charleston has lots of charm and there were fun attractions and food options for the whole group. It was a terrific location to visit- we would definitely stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Seasponge in Isle of Palms SC. Seasponge is a beautiful home, with spectacular views, amenities galore, perfect for families and located in a quiet relaxing community. Whether we were at the beach, swimming in the large community pool, shopping or site seeing, it was always nice to come back to Seasponge to enjoy our evenings. The house was clean, fresh and very inviting! Especially enjoyed sitting on deck each morning, drinking my morning tea and watching the day begin. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again and again! I give Seasponge the highest rating possible!
