The staffs were friendly and accommodating, making my stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, with well maintained rooms and common areas.
One drawback was the low water pressure in the bathroom. While it didn't significantly detract from my stay, it was noticeable and could be improved upon.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise, die Rezeption war 24 Stunden besetzt, und man konnte sehr spät aus checken, wir hatten weit hinten ein Zimmer, so haben wir auch wenig vom Straßenlärm mitbekommen

The location is quite good, not too crowded, lots of parking space for customer.
Maybe the balcony is not fully utilized. It empty, maybe the hotel should place atleast 1 small table and 2 chairs is good enough.

Good value for the money! Great location and helpful staff. Might look a bit rundown from outside, but inside is clean and organized.
No toiletries, just towel and hair dryer provided. Wifi on the slower side too.

When u came in, it very wangi, i love place that is wangi, the room is big enough to accommodate for two people, there also balcony to see the view, but only can see shops and car because hotel is facilitated in shoplot area. Non smoking room and very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in town again. 👍🏻

There were ample parking. The location were near to everywhere.
The shower pressure is too low and the shower unit needs to be change as the shower head is leaking. Other than that everything was good.
