I really liked our stay at this wonderful Riad. The stuff was extremely nice and welcoming. The Riad is so beautiful and the Rooftop really unique. We had a great time and would def come back. It felt like home staying here :)

The Riad was very well located in a quiet area close to the Medina. The staff were great and Loubna also assisted us with a regional tour. Breakfast was provided and was also more than adequate! As Australians, we only have English language and in general this was OK.
The shower taps were a bit confusing but were explained and also the French owner of the Riad tried to assist us with our Marrakesh experience but did not have very good English, ,but we appreciated his efforts, even though it was a bit awkward.

Such a beautiful, tranquil Riad, in an excellent location. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the food was incredible !

beatiful riad with a nice terrace. room was cozy and beautifully decorated. great breakfast.
location is deep in the medina and could be quiet sometimes.
also the room doors are not locked, no lock was provided either.

The staff was so hospitable and friendly. We were welcomed with tea upon arrival, they helped book transportation to and from the airport and assist with booking a camel ride. Each morning breakfast was prepared even the morning we left they prepared it early so we could eat before the airport. So so welcoming
Nothing. The property would have been impossible to find upon arrival in the dark if we did not arrange transportation from the airport but we did.

The best part of our stay in Marrakech as a family of three with a teenage daughter was the time spent in the Riad. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable with numerous spaces to relax in private. After our excursions we always looked forward to returning to the comfort, tranquility and most of all the absolutely lovely staff who kept the mint tea flowing! The dinner we had at the hotel was quite tasty, and although we brought our own wine, we found out that they stock wine as well. Loubna, the manager was a star! She was super responsive, efficient and arranged all our airport transfers, tours and guides (I suggest all arrangements are done through her as Marrakech can be confusing and scams are common). Thanks to Loubna and all the staff for looking after us and making us feel welcome in Marrakech!
Turning on the hot water in the shower is confusing, but it works.
Perhaps make the breakfast a little more substantial (I’m sure if we asked for eggs etc, the staff would’ve prepared it, but we didn’t feel the need)

The riad is marvellous, the staff is super friendly and helpful (especially Mr. Abdurahman, we already miss him). Convenient location, just 10 mins away from the centre, once you become familiar with the alleys.
Breakfast was good, although some days were better than others. No problem with cleanliness. Room service was consistent.
PS: Don't forget to have plenty of tea :)
Cannot complain about anything truly.

The staff are really warm and welcoming. The Riad is really clean! My brother and I stayed for two nights and it was fabulous. We took the airport transfer which was great, we were delayed two hours with no service on our phones and the driver still waited and took our bags directly to the door of the Riad. We definitely recommend having dinner at the Riad one night, it was super! Breakfast on the terrace is also beautiful in the morning, too! 10/10 we loved our stay here!
Everything was perfect!

Great location, comfortable rooms and the staff were great, we had a wonderful time.
We had a few issues with the shower not running hot but apart from that a perfect stay.

The Riad is really nice inside and Loubna was really friendly on our arrival. Bed was also really comfortable and the room had a perfect size
The water on the shower go's stuck so you need to stop the shower for a bit and wait for the water to drain again to continue. Also, the aircon/heater was extremely noisy.

We love the riad. Everyone was kind, gentle and helpful. The room and other areas were clean. Riad has a good design that make you feel like in heaven. It was good experience for us.

Beautiful riad very tastefully decorated in the Mouassine district, the "trendy" part of the medina. Warmful welcome, beautiful and large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, nice terrace on the roof, and a delicious breakfast, it was a dream to stay here!
For the light sleepers, the sound reverberation in the courtyard can make it noisy in the morning but it's the same in all riads because of the architecture of these houses.

Well, a spot to suggest in the Medina, near Jamaa el Fna, even though some miscommunication before arrival may upset you a little bit (it is the only thing to improve).
This riad has a wonderful architecture, and it is definitely up to date as refurbishment.
We had a suite (Alderamine, we were three) at the first floor, practically the room takes one whole side of the four sides of the building. Plenty of space for dresses and luggage, with state of the art furnishing in the room and bathroom.
Breakfast was served at the ground floor, and definitely satisfactory. The riad has a terrace as well with loungers and a small swimming pool (or better to say a water spot where I guess it could be nice to refresh in hot summer days).
It takes less than ten minutes walking to reach the hustle and bustle of Jamaa el Fna, streets may be a bit dark in the night, but absolutely safe.
My suggestion to the riad would be to agree on some fix rates for carts and parking, as these two bad details can put at risk a differenly fantastic experience.
Special mention to the night porter, he has been actually the only person of the staff we met with at the riad, extremely nice and friendly.
As I said, just two things to pay attention to, by the riad’s owner as well.
Renting the cart at the Medina entrance of Bab Laksour may be not that nice if you arrive late in the evening, with just one guy still there. Mme Joëlle wrote us that 20 Dirham would have been enough, actually it was impossible to go lower than 100 Dirham, and actually almost fighting with the guy.
Second thing is about the Parking Official 24, suggested by Mme Joëlle who was guessing a price of 50 Dirham/day. Actually, again after strong bargaining (I spent a lot of time in Morocco during my life) we finally agreed on 100 Dirham/day, but initially the guy asked me 200.

Central location. Very clean, quiet and traditional. An excellent choice all round.
Hard to find at night, so accept a suitcase barrow chap to carry the cases and get you there safely. 50 dirhams or 5 euros well worth it.

The courtyard is pretty and the rooms and beds are comfortable. The Riad is roughly five minutes walk from the main square.
- Breakfast was basically fruit, yoghurt and some bread, which I understand is a traditional Moroccan breakfast but this doesn't cater for many audiences.
- The rooms are not lockable so you have to rely on the trust of the staff and other guests.
- Staff barely said a word and didn't provide any information on arrival relating to the Riad or location.
- Other than offering airport pick-up at a cost, no information is provided on how to find the Riad, which is difficult on the first few attempts.

The Riad is very pretty and quiet. The facilites are very clean and the bed was comfy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they organized a breakfast for us way earlier than the usual time to meet our schedule
The location, is hard to arrive without a guide, Google maps doesn’t show the medina alleys. I strongly recommend to book the transportation with them specially if you arrive at night

Location - superb, all the major sites on your doorstep & easy to get around
Breakfast - delicious & ready when you are, couldn't ask for more!
Staff friendliness - wonderful and very kind people, always happy to help.
Beautiful place to stay, stunning Riad with lovely rooms & terrace.
Delicious food & lots of mint tea.
Hot water in the shower was a little temperamental but that seems to be the same for all the medina and really wasn't an issue as the weather is so warm, otherwise everything was lovely.

Amazing place to stay at, a small, gorgeous oasis to unwind from the busy medina. Facilities are great, design is dreamy, food is very tasty and the staff is just perfect. A special shoutout to Abdu & Loubna who were extremely kind and their hospitality has exceeded our expectations. Will come back!

This is a lovely place, right inside the Medina. Very relaxing, calm and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lubna, the manager, was very helpful arranging transport to Essaouira and a wonderfully relaxing massage!
It was lovely to come back after dinner to a Riad lit up by lanterns, just magical. Highly recommend 😀

Super friendly staff, fresh breakfast with fruits, Morocco mint tea and Moroccan bread, beautiful property that puts your mind and body at ease, walking distance to everything that is of interest in Marrakech.
Pool could have been a bit cleaner but we were also early in the season.

Awesome staff- great location - quiet and relaxing place-
Size of the room - bed against the wall but this is somehow usual for a “Dar”

Everything was perfect. It was very clean and tidy, and had the most warm and welcoming staff and manager. Loubna and her team are awesome. The night keeper, bless him, I forgot how to pronounce his name but he is an elderly chap, he was so kind and unbelievably nice to help us with our morning breakfast requests (we had to leave the Riad earlier than the breakfast period for day tours). He definitely made our trip perfect.
Loubna, the manager is amazing. She is very understanding and accommodating, taking care of my pregnant wife’s needs and request. Loubna really went above and beyond and I can see why this Riad Majala is 11/10 place to stay.
Really had the best babymoon trip we could ask for.
Attention to detail - 10/10

Much love from Elton and Eileen.

«Кот из дома - мыши в пляс!»
DISAPPOINTED! We chose this Riad based on a lot of excellent reviews about the hospitality of its owners. And I have no doubt that everything was fine while the owners were in the Riad!
But because of Coronavirus the owners left the Riad to completely unprofessional and inhospitable staff!
1. We saw Manager of riad just five minutes at the check-in, then she never showed up at the Riad at all. No information about the city, guides, museums, restaurants - nothing. We tried to communicate with her via whatsapp, but manager ignored all our requests and wishes.
The roof of the Riad was covered with a dirty plastic cover, which made inside stuffy like a Hammam and there was nothing to breathe.
Repeated our requests to remove plastic, Manager ignored all 4 days while we lived there!
2. Bad Breakfast. The omelet was cooked with stale oil. Perhaps the pan hasn't been washed since the last cooking session. We couldn't eat it. And we never ate there again!
3. At check-in, when the Riad is completely empty(!) we were not even upgraded, but initially checked in the room did not match the photo, was very small and dark. After I showed the booking.com photos, we were put in a normal room.
4. The cleaning was disgusting, the floor was not washed, the garbage was not removed from the floor(!), dust was not wiped, soap/gels were not added, towels and bed linen were never changed in 4 days! Even when I asked to change the bed linen still didn't change it.
5. The Manager argued with me in WhatsApp, claiming that the cleaning was good, but she was absent from the Riad, instead of personally checking my claims.
6. We pre-ordered and paid for a taxi to the next hotel. Despite the fact that the Manager was given the address and name of the hotel, she did not pass the information to the taxi driver. And he didn't know where this hotel was, so he googled the address for 20 minutes, and ask us for more money.
Terribly unprofessional attitude to guests! I sincerely sympathize with the owners of the Riad, but they should fire the lazy staff.
Maybe if we not have experience of exceptional hospitality of the other riads during our trip, perhaps our rating wouldn't have been so low!
But if other riads, despite the Coronavirus epidemic, still provided a warm welcome and showed the highest level of hospitality, then there is no excuse for what is happening in this Riad.

Nice atmosphere. Only 4 rooms. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast.

The riad is beautifully restored, furnished and looked after. It’s very quiet as tucked away from the main streets. Communication with owner and staff was good. Breakfast was also good. Everything was very clean.
There is only one table for breakfast - we had our first breakfast on a low sofa and it wasn’t comfortable. I would improve that. The property is not easy to find at first (then it becomes easy to) so it would be good to have a detailed step by step directions map (although in our case they did arrange for a porter to come and meet us - for a fee/tip).
