everything was fine, Lotus studios was excellent for short stay (5days), close to the sea,bars,restaurants

Very good located, near closer to the perpendicular way to the beach zone, a lot of supermarkets in surroundings. Very helpful host (he sent us imediatly 3 requested blankets - i think, usually it's not needed, just we are a little bit colder than media of the people:)) ) , he was waiting for us at 9 o'clock PM, we arrived with a taxi which was arranged by him. All things necessary for a pleasant staying you can find inside, also, dayly cleaning service. Hot water anytime, inside. Preparing the meal was very easily, all was ok and enough. You can prepare pasta, soup in maximum 30 minutes during another activities (shower, change the clothes for the next exit at the beach/suroundings, etc...)

Maybe the noise from surroundings, but it's not an accommodation issue, this thing is happened anytime in Greece :) (due to the motors which are present anywhere).

The room was big with a perfect working airconditioning, a great balcony with view on the street which was nice cause we could look at the restaurant in front of us. Thereby it was very clean as the cleaning lady came every 3 days to change towels, sheets etc. Also the contact with the owner was great. He responded very fast. Moreover the kitchen was good with a fridge and little freezer. The location was also perfect; very close to the beach, about 5 min walking and about 3 min to the Strip with lot of bars.

The shower was kind of open which wasn't very usefull since the whole floor of the bathroom becomes wet if you shower. Moreover a microwave would have been easy, but is not really necessary. The only thing we would habe liked would have been another pan, cause only one to cook for 3 persons might be challenging haha.

The location was excellent, directly around the corner of the strip and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

It was a shame that there was no pool and no breakfast facilities in the hotel.
