Spacious room, comfy beds, sufficient amenities for a somewhat bargain price. Stayed there for an event at Perak Stadium so it's convenient enough to just walk up considering how near the place is.

Bathroom door lacks privacy. There's significant gap which should have some kind of sealed off but left opened instead. As an 'open minded' as I am, this is just not appropriate.

They could do a slightly better job maintaining the fixtures , cleaning the shower glass (doesn’t look like it has been cleaned) etc

I stayed in the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The AC works fine and the bed is comfy. The vibes is giving New York ish

The room service starts a little late which is at 12pm, the parking space is open, no netflix, just a regular tv channel, no kitchen (just microwave and a sink + coffee cups)

Staff was very nice and polite.. the tv was ok, toilet was nice too.

We got upgraded from deluxe plus to 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was average, the flooring is not really in a good state as there’s one part in the master room where the flooring is loosen. One of the aircond’s bottom part was also detached. And one one of the bed frame was bigger than the mattress, which is very inconvenient to see. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment was very not satisfying, with the wall, sink and tiles were not clean. Not sure if our original booking for deluxe plus would worth better since for the price but if not, then really does not worth paying much for a room which does not seems to be well maintained. Also no bidet which is very surprising for a hotel in malaysia.
