Locatie prima, in winkelstraat, parkeergarage dichtbij. Centrum goed aan te lopen.

Hygiëne: badkamer niet schoon, voornamelijk douchegedeelte (veel kalkaanslag). Geen gordijn voor raam van 1 slaapkamer. Deur van de koelkast zat los, daarom moeilijk open te krijgen. Deur vaatwasser kon maar klein eindje open. Tussendeur klemde op de vloer, moeilijk dicht te krijgen. Ook ruitje in de deur was los. Zitbank niet comfortabel.

Ulazna vrata od zgrade se jako tesko otvaraju. U stanu ima dosta oštećenih stvari, sto nama nije smetalo ali recimo kada curi.. videla sam rezencije koje su postavljene ranije i vidim da još to nisu sredili..

I recently booked a stay at this property, and I can only describe the experience as a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our stay was going to be a disaster. First and foremost, the property had a persisting bathroom leak issue that rendered the toilet completely unflushable. The bathroom floor was flooded with water, which appeared to be leaking from somewhere, making it not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. To make matters worse, the property was plagued by mould and dampness, creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy living environment. We immediately reached out to the host in hopes of resolving these issues, but our pleas fell on deaf ears. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response whatsoever. It's both frustrating and disappointing when a host shows such a blatant disregard for their guests' well-being and satisfaction. Furthermore, our interactions with two staff members on the property yielded no results either. They promised to assist but failed to follow through, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing. We were forced to seek alternative accommodation at our own expense, which significantly disrupted our travel plans and budget. This property's management, along with the host and staff's indifference to our predicament, left us deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this property. Our stay was marred by a persisting bathroom leak, a lack of cleanliness due to state of property, mould and dampness, and a complete absence of host responsiveness or staff support. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to stay.

Fungus on the bathroom walls, one room did not have curtains, the doors of the refrigerator and wassing machine were broken off, ... In a bad state

Access to the city

No air conditioning, and the only fan was broken. Everywhere was dirty or broken and every equipment didn’t have manuals.

excellent location , ten minutes walk to Grand Place and some great Little restaurants and bars in the area around the apartment

it’s exceptionally hot at the moment , unusually so . The apartment didn’t have air conditioning and just one fan stand . A fan for each bedroom would’ve been great

Location Spacious

Customer service does not respond. Apartment is poorly maintained, would expect more for the price: * Entrance from the streets to the apartment does not lock * Black mould all over bathroom ceiling and sides * One of the rooms has a broken window (cracked glass) and no blinds - not great when the sun rises at 5am * Tired walls all through the apartment with scuffs and stains * Broken living room chairs and cabinet covers in the kitchen area * Only one fan provided (which doesn’t work) Make sure to take photos upon arrival as the apartment requires a deposit for any damages. Strange request as most things are damaged already.
