Such a cute beach house. Everyone loved the Ambience, the space, the location....my kids all want to go back

One of the reasons we picked this place was in the 60 degree weather there was a hot tub but it didn't work. multiple people in and out the house trying to fix it. I was called many times checking on the status....I didn't like that at all....was not refunded the fees

Soooo cute!! And my older teenagers loved the kid’s toys! They would play with the kid’s toys while my actual 10 year old kid just loved the view. The hot tub was amazing and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. It was newly remodeled but had a old Florida feel to it. Needless to say I am booking again. Please note this is on the east side of the island not the west. I spend 20 mins trying to figure out why an empty lot on the west side could be rented. Might want to update the maps on that one. In the end we had fantastic memories

Pool guy came to service the hot tub and I didn’t know it. Glad they service it on the regular though!

A/C worked. Sofas nice.

Kitchen was dirty and badly equipped with very old appliances. No glasses were provided only plastic; no dishwasher tabs; pans and cutlery filthy and had to be washed again. Whole placed smelled bad. Floor was sticky. The pictures suggest it was on the beach (photoshopped) - it was not and was much smaller than shown . Maintenance was poor and probably done at lowest cost as things were falling apart. No idea why there was an hot tub running the whole time in mid summer

Beds where very comfortable. Nice location close to the beach. The property was nice for our Christmas present vacation. Pricing was also good. We had on issue with the hot tub & jacuzzi not working at all.
