Las instalaciones son muy bonitas

falta de claridad en la informacion, nuestra reserva tenia incluido el desayuno y solicitamos que nos lo subieran al segundo piso, ellos comentaron que tenia un costo el servicio de subir el desayudo al cual estuvimos deacuerdo, cuando fuimos a cancelar la cuenta nos dicen que el servicio es pagar el desayuno completo por un valor de $70.000 lo cual obviamnete es una exageracion por tomar un desayuno de un bufet y subirlo a un segundo piso, si esta informacion la dieran clara nadien en sus 5 sentidos lo toma

desayuno buen servicio las comidas que pedí al restaurante estaban muy buenas y fue rápido el servicio, recomiendo el hotel por su excelente servicio

piscina me gusto mas la vez anterior que fui que el coctel de bienvenida lo sirvieron copas no me gustaron los vasos desechables y el coctel anterior estaba de mejor sabor

Breakfast options were limited Be aware if a foreign guest, hardly any staff spoke any English No hot water In the bath.

The location was good; was a safe and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good.

The room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour to check in. It was fairly loud as there is a bar nearby with loud music.

The staff is unprofessional. When I arrived a roach was crawling across the counter. The staff made me wait 4 hours to check in, they were behind cleaning. The room was dated and dirty. They advertise a balcony but it is bolted shut. The safe didn’t not work! The door safety lock was broken.

Nice room, good buffet breakfast, free coffee & water, good location.

Very very disappointed that we'd booked the hotel especially for its pool, as a last day treat. Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance all day on Tuesday leaving us hugely frustrated.

no hot shower, really? this is like a basic amenities… come on Atrium Plaza… you need to get on with time. stand out from your competitors!
