The staff was super friendly. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Close to everything in vail! Loved it

Our initial room was highly problematic: 1. Heater nonfunctional. 2. Fireplace nonfunctional. 3. Safe nonfunctional. Fortunately, the management was very accommodating and moved us to another room, which had none of these problems. The hotel is very nice; the staff is excellent; and the setting is beautiful.

We loved the location of the property, the bed mattress needs to be replace as well as carpeting

In the middle of the village

I paid $600 for one night and they put me in a room that was basically under construction view was of a scaffolding with green tarps all over the place and woke up to loud construction right outside my room in the morning. 1 week later someone began charging items to my room from a different hotel and I had to call them and they were just as confused. If my purchases did not pop up on my phone I would never have noticed.

A great value for the location.

Great property and room. Staff service was great! Unfortunately no in-room dining during our stay due to off-season hours, but we know Vail well and stopped at our favorites. Pool was awesome! The room had a wonderful view and was quite spacious. There were a number of cracked or broken tiles that we flagged to maintenance, but did not negatively impact our stay. Would definitely stay again, can’t get much closer to the mountain while still being quiet.

Beautiful hotel!

Great location to Vail Village, staff was very attentive, breakfast in Cucina was delicious. Just an issue with the A/C that didn’t get resolved so the room was very warm.

Pros: Great staff, nice balcony. Cons: Complementary breakfast is only coffee and granola.

Great location!

There were vagrants walking around the area. One of them was breaking into a car and my friend happened to be walking by. When he noticed that my friend saw him, he chased after him. Some staff members said that people need to be careful day or night because it was unsafe around the hotel!

The stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and so kind. Valet team was outstanding as well.

We stayed two nights in two separate rooms. The first one had something wrong with the AC, water all over the carpet by the AC unit and room not cooling. ☹️ The second one-booked through Hotels.com was incredible and lovely! The staff was helpful, cheery and kind the whole stay.

Nice resort and pleasant staff

The property charged me $50 a night for resort fees, but their WIFI was terrible. I was attending a conference and I couldn't do any work as the WIFI was bad. I am not sure how it is fair to charge such a resort fees without a property working basic amenity...

The guest bedrom on the 2nd floor was very warm. The air conditioner for that room blew warm air. We had to put 3 fans in that already tight room. The garbage truck at 4AM one night and an 18 wheeler around 3 AM where extremely extremely noisy. I understand everyone has a job to do but that was extremely noisy. It's not like they were there for 3 minutes. Garbage truck was there for like 15 to 20 minutes. 18 wheeler- 40 minutes.

The people behind the desk were never very informed about things going on...neither was at least one of the concierge. The refrigerator in our room froze everything in it and we alerted multiple people and no-one ever came to fix or replace. So it was unusable our entire trip.

The room was small and the AC was VERY laud and didn’t work well

We went for a couples weekend. The hotel was perfect. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and workout room. The rooms were comfortable and the sheets were so soft. We slept really well. A great stay!

Terrible stay. We live down in Denver and came up to Vail for my bday for a couple of nights. At check in, I asked if there was an upgrade available. The lady at check in started to see what was available and then another gentleman came up to the desk and told me to give them a minute while they checked things out and did some Tetris to see what they could make happen for us. We waited for a few minutes and the gal came back to say there were no upgrades available but to check back tomorrow. This was all totally fine, no big deal. On more than one occasion during the check in process, she told me that because it was my birthday, that she would send Prosecco up to my room. The Prosecco never came and we were there for 2 full nights. I called down to the front desk on the second day and spoke with Alex and asked if he could send housekeeping to our room for cleaning service. He proceeded to ask me why I needed them, to which I replied for room cleaning, clean towels,etc. He said he would send them up. They never came, not once during our stay, was our room tended to, no new towels, no trash removed, nothing. For the duration of our stay, old wine glasses and room service leftovers were drawn on the floor in the stair well. The room was old and worn. At check out when asked how everything was, I told the guy we wouldn’t be staying here again. Instead of asking why, he asked if I needed a receipt, I said yes. He handed it to me, I said thank you, he replied Yep. Never again. BAD

Katie at the front desk was amazing. She did everything to help us get into a room that was suitable for my disabled friend in wheelchair.

Great location, friendly staff and a beautiful room. Easy walking distance (1 minute) to hill, gondola, and town. This is our second time here and we will be back!
