Room was clean, breakfast orange juice diluted, apple juice dispenser inop, milk container did not work, waffles stick in waffle iron (possibly operator error), coffee outside breakfast area but should be inside

Reviews were iffy but I took the chance and stayed. Hotel was extremely clean! Room was stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than most we have had in a while. Hotel didn’t smell like cigarette smoke or pot like most. Front desk was friendly and quick to get us in. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel but for the price I paid ($65) it was the best around!!

I asked them to clean the room and when I came back no one did. They only changed the trash!!!

It was a good value for the money. Clean and comfortable. Nice options close by to walk to for food.

Wasnt much hot water anytime i showered

Hotel was rundown and in disrepair. Hot water was intermittent. Bathroom lighting was horribly too bright.

Stayed for a grand total of 40 minutes before booking a different hotel and leaving. The lobby was nice and looked clean but that was about it. Hallways were dim, reeked of cigarette and weed smoke, had a barking dog in one room. The doors at the end of the hall werepropped open with a rock...big security concern with the appearance of the surrounding area. Ground floor rooms had normal nonlocking windows that opened directly to an open grassy courtyard, simply had a wooden dowel in the window track as "security". Floor was peeling up in our room, curtains had holes, bathroom had damage to the walls, and the bed sheets clearly had stains on them. Front desk refused to refund me for both nights claiming that it was a "Last Minute Cancelation" since I wanted to check out less than an hour later and I would be charged for one night and refunded the second. I've been to quality inns before, none this sketchy and worrisome. Only good thing as I said was that the lobby was clean.

The hotel does not look like the pictures the room next to ours had looked like it had been kicked in the sheets were so dirty they clearly did not change them the floor and bathroom including the shower were covered in mud I’m positive they had bed bugs and there is absolutely no way I would even let my dog stay there and the manager was so rude to me today and hung up on me because I wanted a refund especially since we did not stay there

It was quant, but the back door wouldn't allow me to come back in on my side of the hotel so I had to walk all the way around the building to get back to my room.

Close to many things and food

Not the most friendly staff but could be worse. Exterior and stairwells need some paint. No elevator to second floor

The hotel wasn’t as good as a Hilton, but it was better than other Choice Hotels. The doors were a bit flimsy and the tub was scraped up, but the renovated parts were nice.

Great staff, very clean. Near Wright Pat. Only bad was coffee in pump carafe was not hot and had to be warmed in microwave.

Clean comfortable good size room Hot water was quirky.

The parking behind the building felt a little unsafe. We were the only car most of the time and a man who looked to be homeless was sitting on a bench back there.

Non-smoking hotel that suspiciously reeked of smoke. Hotel room looked like it was in the process of renovation (unconnected utilities, bathroom faucet partially disconnected), and sheets generally uncomfortable/itchy.

Security is very lax with one door that does not close fully and two others that were propped open most of stay. Came in after a day out and cooking smell almost turned my stomach. Had a loud pounding on door at 10:30 pm. The night clerk booked another couple in our already occupied room. Room not bad interior hall carpet very warm.

Staff was very friendly. Room was acceptable although bath drain didn’t work. Neighbors were fighting all night and smell of pot in hallway, breakfast and coffee cold.

Looks like they trying to do some renovation but when we walked into the room it smell clean but you can tell the mirrors were cleaned with dirty rag. Also the room had alot of nats flying around and when i used the bathroom I found out why. The sink had a very slow drain. I brought it up to management and they could not change room and only removed the stopper which didnt help. Doors super thin. Can where people in the hallway. Finally thing that did it for me was it offered free coffe but they served us old coffee.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was quite a bit of dust on the lid of the ice bucket and on the spigot of the bathroom sink. Maybe no one had stayed in our room for some time. Would definitely stay there again.

My biggest issue with the hotel in Fairborn, Ohio was the poor WIFI connection. Continually would drop out or not connect at all. Breakfast was not that good, Staff failed to point out that maid service was ony upon request with my 3 night stay, so it didn't happen until half way through my stay there. Would not go back there.

Need to take dead bugs off emergency lights and sweep the floors. Exterior doors always propped open. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was good.

The people there working were fantastic. The building does need a lot of repairs. We slept good. Housekeeping could use some training lots of dust everywhere. But I would stay there again

The wi-if is basically non existent, even if you join you can’t get anything. The hotel is a maze, you go in one door and you can not always get to your room. We were on the second floor and had to go up the stairs that was on the opposite side of our room, was told the room was at the top of the stairs, as I have a very difficult time with stairs and walk is not great! Also the key did not work on the outside doors. Not just ours!
