The beds were very comfortable

Had very loud family of 6..2 adults 4 kids..staying im room next to mine.9pm kids where rolling toy dumptrucks down the sidewalks and throwing rocks at the doors above. Management was quick to address the issue..Was refunded at check out for the prolonged disturbances.

The bed was hard as a rock, the toilet wasn't very clean. The room next door had a dog that barked, howled, and wined all night. I used to work at a hotel, both cleaning and night audit.

The lady who checked me in was friendly and efficient. Room was clean. A very nice stay

Outside steps area looked dirty and rooms could use an update. Shower was stained & fridge was frozen up. TV didn't work so I had program it myself to get it to work.

When you close your eyes every hotel room looks the same. The Red Roof Inn is no exception. On the other hand, We chose the RRI based on location, price, and the pictures of the adverts. When we arrived the room was not much like the advert and there were several amenities not available. There were no maps on the nightstands, no coffee maker and the overhead lights were lacking bulbs. There was an ice machine at the far end of the property. The staff was not particularly cordial. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. Since all we did was sleep there - it was enough. \

Their was a huge bug issue and my husband had an allergic reaction to the bedding so we had to leave that same day we checked in. We were refunded the money though

The only thing I have a complaint about is,there needs to a little counter top of some kind in the bathroom.I had nowhere to put items I use for my hair etc.,excet the toilet seat lid and the top of the tank lid.

This is an older hotel, but overall maintained. It was well worth the amount that we paid for our stay. Nobody was too uncomfortable. For a pet friendly hotel that also has smoking rooms available, the room did not cause any allergy problems, and the linens smelled fresh. The beds were neatly made and the towels were restocked before each night of our stay. I would have liked for the beds to be a touch softer and to be provided with more pillows. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower head made a sharp noise when we showered. It was odd to have found a straight razor on the bed-frame. I assumed it was from a previous guest because I don’t really know what else it would have been used for. There were a lot of stink bugs in the room but no other creepy crawleys. Our next door neighbors were sketchy as hell, and they knocked on our door at 2am.

Very convenient location to the Nutter Center with easy entrance/exit access. With this being said, I expected the used and abused conditions of the hotel and appreciated the overall cleanliness of the room itself.

Clean and reasonable

Friendly and attentive staff. Well lit parking. Low price. Coffee We didn't get murdered. -Dead bolt on door was broken. -Bathroom an broken. -First time using heater for season. Smelled like burning hair and skin so bad we had to shut it off and were cold all night. -King bed hard and lumpy. -Room was tiny. Would stay again for price!

This motel is kinda of gross. The air conditioning was on when entering I assumed to mask the damp smell in the room. There was a stain on one of the bed sheets visible. When we woke up, there were 3 moth like bugs and several flies in the room. Plus they charged me an extra $50 deposit when I checked in.

Good location right across from Nutter Center. Room smelled like dog, musty. We got in very late and the main lobby was closed. next morning we complained about smell and got moved to a different room. Socks still turned black after walking on floor.

Price was right. Clean enough but peculiar room - half carpeted, bathroom large but no counter space, etc. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wife would have been apprehensive but son and I were OK as it provided the bare essentials we needed.

Was concerned about what we were in store for when we pulled in. The hotel sits right next to a gas station. We were lucky we got a room on the back side away from hustle and bustle of that. The outside of the hotel was dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere along the walkway to our room as well as some trash. The room itself was ok although outdated . It was clean . The mattresses were at the end of their life and not the most comfortable.It was ok for a night or two but wouldn't want to stay there for an extended amount of time.

I booked a two night stay. The staff was friendly however the property was rundown and excessive cigarette smoking was a problem. My room’s floor was sticky so I had to put down towels on the floor. The bedspread has stains all n it. The room had a smell of chemical and cigarettes smoke, I could not stay the second night.

The price point was excellent and I wouldn’t expect the Ritz Carlton, but the plumbing was a joke. You have to hold the handle down on the toilet for over 10 seconds to get it to flush (barely) and the shower had nearly zero water pressure and made a high pitched whining nose the whole time. Add in the barking dogs in rooms near me to make me never stay here again. Highway noise was expected, so no surprise there.

Just looked and felt worn out. Door needs a new lock. Floor was a little sticky. Chose it because of price.

We needed a last minute room and this was reasonably priced, in the area we needed and had a review of 7+....definitely misleading because I would rate it at 3-4. The floor in the bathroom and sink area was sticky, there was unidentified gunk on the lights above the headboard and the rest of the surfaces were less than clean. The refridgerator did not cool anything and the air conditioner/heating unit ran at full blast no matter what we did. Not to mention the whole room smelled musty/moist.

I stay at this facility quite often and the staff has always been helpful and cordial. It's the location that is the important factor ut that said I have been pleased with the service received over the years.

Stayed here for Airforce marathon!! Great location right across the street from expo. The room was clean and comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, they offered a late check out for runners no charge!! Have stayed here before abd will definitely stay again!!

The room had been smoked in and cleaned, but still smelled of smoke and also perfume. I had to take some allergy meds and I killed a spider in my room Rod

Mattress was so hard! Pillows were awful. Worst night sleep I’ve had. Mold in bathroom. Check in, we arrived after 8 pm and a sign on door had an arrow pointing to right and said check in at window, nothing else. Another couple were looking for the “window” as well. Clerk popped her head out another door to the right of lobby and said in here! Sign said window not next door, confusing. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and never had any problems. Will look elsewhere next time.

The room was very clean, if the room had more comfortable bed’s would been a lot better and maybe instead of double beds, queen-size would’ve been a lot nicer. And they told me at check out that it would take a week or longer to get my deposit back which I personally didn’t like.

Easy access, courteous front desk person, very quick check in, and a cool room upon arrival. What more could we ask for?

The elevator floor and the hallways need special attention, some refurbishing is immediately needed but, so far so good

Good but toilet didn’t seem working completely proper.

Room was comfortable and mostly clean - but one washcloth had been used and was dirty as was the bath mat - but we didnt notice until very late. Next time thru we'll pass this one up.

Room was filthy, had a nasty smell. I told the lady abt it when i checked in but she said that was the only room and i had to deal with it
