Holiday Inn Express & Suites Panama City Beach - Beachfront by IHG

As a parent, I appreciate the extra security of wrist bands for all guests and also including my kids names at registration should we ever get separated. The breakfast was good and very well maintained (I’ve seen negative reviews on breakfast.. my best guess would be those are people who didn’t wake up until almost closing time).

Best Hotel Stay I've ever had. From the Fantastic breakfast to the Beach Chairs, I've never had an experience this nice

I loved the included breakfast buffet every morning. That helped get my family the energy they needed to get going for a full beach day. I thought they did a great job of keeping the property clean. The room was nice with a walkout balcony and bunk beds for the kids. Very spacious too. I loved the bartenders at the outdoor bar and we had lunch there every day. They were great and very nice. Beach access was very easy and close. We rented chairs and umbrellas each day easily and that was perfect! I liked the underground parking garage. My only complaint was at check in. They only had one employee when I arrived and the check in took forever which was a very poor first impression. I unfortunately started my vacation off in a very bad mood because of this and the lobby was very hot and humid at that time of day so I was sweating on top of it all. Finally, the manager came out and started helping but by that point, I had already been standing there for 20-30 minutes waiting just to check in. The rest of the experience redeemed the property and it was a great stay overall.

Rooms were clean, staff were helpful, HUGE breakfast selection.
