The most loved pert of the hotel is location. It’s next to the beach. We enjoyed best sunrise and sunset.

My family was too scared to stay at this property. There was a small sphere device found in the nightstand drawer with a blinking red light. The oven door fell off. The room was located to an unlocked exterior door where anyone could come in. We walked by an opened dark room on the way to ours. Overall we left and couldn’t stay the night. We dropped our stuff off earlier that day but then left. When we went back that evening is when we noticed all the things wrong with the place. We went to a nicer, safer hotel.

Good times great location for price

It was a decent place to stay. We rented the room with the kitchen in it. Very limited items to cook with only had 1 cup a couple of spoons and a few pots and pans. So was not happy about that. If your going to offer a kitchen then make sure the availability of items is appropriate for the four people staying. But it was gulf view and all we had to do was walk out onto the beach. So it was great for the grandchildren. Over all for one night it was not bad.

Great hotel

The beach was closed. We had to walk past 4 condominiums in order to have beach access. This information was not relayed to us before our arrival. A little bit of an inconvenience. We would have liked to have known in advance.

Very nice stay on a beautiful beach!

The property was in a great location for walking to surrounding area events (dinner, shopping, etc.) The unit could use updating for the price and the lack of included breakfast is a let down.

Room was clean and the view was awesome. Had trouble with checking in, made me wait until after 4pm due to carpet cleaning. Meanwhile other guests where being checked in. Not sure why they didn't reassign me to a room that was ready. This is not the busy season and they weren't full. Mgr avoided eye contact with me during this issue. Front desk clerk was very polite.

We were supposed to stay here for a couple days for our anniversary but we were so uncomfortable we left after 1. During checkin-in, the woman called us “traders” for using a 3rd party booking. Even though we paid for an “ocean view” room we were out in the only room on the first floor which was a view of the pool and sand dunes so high there was no “ocean view”. They stated it was the “time out room” and that it was the only room with “rustic” furniture. You can dress up the name to make us feel better but It was just old chipped broken furniture. The walls were chipping, the ceiling looked awful and it was dark and dungeon-y. We asked to move since we paid for an ocean view and they said it would be an additional $40 and we would have a view of the parking lot. Needless to say our anniversary was pretty much ruined and we left. I’m sure the other rooms are nice but we never got to find out

Stayed there last year it was great recommended this place for this year to 10 other families it was very disappointing Pools not maintained or broke Facilities run down way over price for what you got in return Its like the owners stop caring about it and it's quickly going down will not be back

Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Only issue was the shower, when leaving the beach before entering the hotel, was out of order.

We enjoyed our stay! This is an older hotel, but it was clean and everything worked. We were not in the room except to bath and sleep so it was perfect. Right on the beach. Restaurant on site had great breakfast! Not fast, but we were in no hurry and it was delicious. Some covered parking. Great places to eat within walking distance. We will go back again.

Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Had a kitchenette & oceanview which were both great little extras and made it even better. Will stay here again.

Entire stay was awesome, great people and place!

Overall a good hotel and location. Room was clean and staff was helpful. The only real complaint was that the lobby and inside areas had a horrible smell. Not sure what it was or how to explain it. At least the smell was not in our room or sleeping there would have been impossible.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were very helpful and kind. The only inconvenience for me was the funky stench from the lobby all through the hallways on the first floor. Smelled like sulfur. The room was very clean, but wasn’t the room view that I booked. I was given a first floor beachfront room. The one I booked on Expedia was a higher floor room. Overall I was very satisfied. 8.5/10!!

The beach was close. The room was clean. Too much noise outside to enjoy the balcony. Chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. Over all the price of the room with added taxes every day was unreasonable.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, and it seems like it’s going more and more downhill. There was stand in the floor when we arrived in our room. While the beds were made there was stains on the blanket that had been seemingly purposefully put facing down so we couldn’t see them. The cabinet beneath the sink in the bathroom was falling apart, and the shower bar was about to fall down which I didn’t even care to tell them about. I just fixed the shower bar myself because the last time we stayed here there was no toilet seat on our toilet, and it took them 32 hours after I told them to bring us a toilet seat. The hot tub and pool area that is covered has something wrong with the chemicals in the last two times we were there. It smelled very much of chlorine and made my wife and daughters hair stink after being in the pool for a short while. The housekeeping ignored our room and moved down the hall. Even after we told them, we needed them to make up the room and replace our towels that we had used. We told him this at 9 AM and at 4 PM. There were only three rooms past ours and I had to go downstairs to the front desk and ask for more towels. I told the front desk that the cleaning ladies had been on the hall the entire day and had skipped our room and they seem to care one bit. Matter-of-fact now that I think about it. The only good thing about this hotel would be the 10 or so parking spaces that are under the building that are nice and big and covered.

It said breakfast was included however it wasn’t and had to pay right at $90 for the breakfast that we had and it wasn’t that great.

Loved the ocean front view in the balcony. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. it was very hot, so after an enjoyable day at the beach, it was awesome to shower off and take a cooling dip in the indoor pool. Beach has easy access , right out the front and i absolutely loved the parking spots that were covered! Kept our car nice and cool on the hot summer days. Room was clean, a/c was cold and the staff was extremely friendly! I'm definitely coming here again!

Older hotel. Pool was nice and view was amazing. Access to beach. The only elevator acted like it wanted to break at any moment. Also on the last day our AC unit broke.

Loved being right on the beach with a great ocean view. Was able to see dolphins from our balcony swimming up and down the coast. Good staff and clean rooms. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for a concert. I called ahead and informed the lady at the front desk that we would be checking in after the concert, which would be around midnight. She was very accommodating and even told us to have fun at the concert!! Check-in was a breeze!! Our beds were amazing and I slept like a baby. I would definitely stay there again!!

Everything was good. Ac was off when we got to the room and it was hot but once it cooled off everything was good.

It is clean and the bed was good. AC works too, but is loud. The rest is old, outdated, even in terrible conditions. For example the door from their breakfast restaurant to the pool isn’t working. So they just taped it. Didn’t even bother to hang a sign saying, not to use it. And looking at the shape of the tape, it has been like this for a long time. The staircase is dirty, cigarettes lying around, dead insects. The space around the ice machine is falling apart. The price is simply too high for the property‘s condition. While the room is okay, the rest is not. For the same price you get a room in a very nice hotel with restaurants and bars while all the Best Western has, is vending machines.

Poor management. When we were checking in there were three people at the front desk. All three had their head down looking at their cell phones. My wife had to clear her throat to get someone's attention.

The only thing wish the a/c would get cold instead of cool
