Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, Jct. 28 by IHG

Everything was perfect

Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room.. The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels. Breakfast varied and plentiful and staff friendly and helpful. Expensive parking. Would have been good if discounted for hotel guests. However these were personal niggles and it was a good value hotel and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, and the exceptional service from your team truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, Alice at the front desk welcomed us with outstanding customer service, making check-in seamless and pleasant. We also want to give a special mention to Julie, our greeter and waitress, who looked after us beautifully during breakfast each morning with her warm and attentive hospitality. Thank you to everyone for a lovely experience, and we look forward to staying with you again. Lewis Family
