One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Great staff, luxurious accommodations, and on one of the main streets in Madrid. Can't wait to go back!!

I will never stay here again. The noise is completely unacceptable and they know it. Hotel is located on the busiest street in Madrid and there's no sound proofing. Spare me the corporate response, "we're sorry to hear your say didn't meet your expectations, we strive to make every guest happy blah blah blah. Useless words. You have a sound problem and I won't stay here again. And the hotels.com rating system is biased and unreliable. There's no way this hotel could get the advertised score. The positives are that it is clean and everything is in good wokring order. The decor is dated.

It was good

There are almost 2 hotels here. One elevator goes to rooms that face mostly inside, which I was assigned initially for my 1 week stay. I tried 1 night but couldn’t imagine an entire week without seeing the sun and I asked to be changed. Desk clerk was very helpful, and although it took an additional night I was relocated. He even escorted me to the new room to view before making the change. Both rooms are spacious, clean, with good facilities. Just be aware that if what you like is to look out on to the city streets (and the noise that comes with that), you need to arrange that ahead of time, or take your chances. The hotel is perfectly located along Gran Via, with easy access to Metro + just plain walking to major sites.

The location is perfect, walking distance from everything. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Definitely would go back, highly recommended.

We were coming from a bad rental experience and so this hotel was pure heaven. But even without that vast contrast, the hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shopping and entertainment right down the street, lovely staff, beautiful rooms with gorgeous views of the city and everything you need for comfort and quiet. It was also very reasonably priced.

Nice stay in Madrid

Amazingly clean! Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a solo guest. Facilities were fabulous & breakfast was also great. Location couldn’t have been better!
