I would come back again simply for the customer service. Nicholas was an excellent host and very helpful. Didn’t like the wake up call as I did not ask for it, told the receptionist but i still got the cal the next day.

The location and access was good. The employees were kind and helpful. Our room, on the first floor, lacked the black out curtains. Only had sheers. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud. There was a spot for a reading chair but no chair. Sunday breakfast, they were running out of things. I did use the treadmill and bike in the gym. That room was fine.

The hotel was very nice wasn't there long but enjoyed it. The front desk staff was very friendly which was very pleasing.

Mimi is a welcoming receptionist! She helped me with a room change that met my expectations and was understanding to my needs. The floor staff are also friendly and are happy to help with accommodations. One of the best hotels in metro Atlanta for the value!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for business trips in the past. The location is excellent and generally speaking, it has been a positive experience. But I am sad to say that this trip was a disappointment. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the room, itself, was NOT! The carpet was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all after the previous guest. The dresser top, desktop, and counters had a film all over the top apparently from using a dirty rag to clean them. And to top it all off, I went to put a few things in the dresser drawers and they were SO FILTHY I had to scrub them myself before putting anything into them. I will give this hotel one more chance because I have had better experiences in the past. Perhaps in this instance, it was just a poor maid service on the floor I was assigned. But if my next experience is similar, I will be looking for different accommodations during future business trips.

Everything was okay.

It was a pet friendly place,they charge a high fee for pet&outside dog area needed cleaning.also outside over all was trashy.Breakfast wasnt all that.hotel room needs remodeling.3rd floor had a weird smell.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean and the sheets really need to be replaced. There were stains, and other things going on.

this hotel is is aging rapidly. The funny thing was that the pillows on the king bed on a king bed, even four 2 x 2 pillows the second day the pillows smelled and that’s it for me.

the stay was ok. the wifi speed was limited to 10mbps and a automatic disconnection everyday.

Out of 4 days of stay, I was not able toget good nigh sleep for 2 days. After asking the staff to help, they finally gave another room. Hard to convence the staff to move the room and had to suffer thru.

Great location. Price terrific and great breakfast. Well worth staying a bit further from downtown Atlanta at this hotel!

The only complaint I have is, there was hair in the bathroom sink. Not just 1 strand, but multiple strands. Overall we enjoyed our room and we were very comfortable.

front desk lady was wonderful!!

We had to come in town very suddenly and the facilities and staff at comfort suites made our trip in town. Absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything from the dining area to the hallways to our room was super clean. If we’re back in town again, we will definitely stay there!.

This was a great stay, check in was so easy. The room was extremely clean (and cool). The bed ab=nd pillows were amazing. The ice machine worked and there were snacks.

Room needs a little more detailed cleaning

Blanket was VERY dirty! Only one wash cloth in the bathroom. One ice machine for 3 floors. The eggs at breakfast were not edible. I’ve stayed in $80 hotels that were cleaner and had better amenities. Will not stay here again.

The king bed we had slept really good. It did not sag!!!

Everything was great, as expected. Was accommodated with early check-in and any other necessities. Jackie and Herbert were outstanding.

You don’t clean the room for 3 days. Hmm !!! I stayed for 4 days and the room didn’t got clean until I request to clean the room on the last day.
