Sojourn Apartment Hotel - Ghuznee

Very clean and lots of room

Stairs at the entry were hard to navigate with a heavy suitcase

The location was great - close to where we needed to be. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. We had everything we needed and the little kitchen was well equipped.

There was a lot of traffic noise during the night, to be expected I suppose given the location. We arrived early around 1pm, we had notified the hotel beforehand. There was another person waiting to check in but no staff. The other person had used the phone that was available to contact staff but no-one was picking up. I tried and rang for quite some time with the same result. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone arrived to check us in and while I understand that it was before check in time, it was an excessive time to wait. I imagine it would be a one off as the staff were lovely.

Location was great. Really appreciated the interconnecting rooms. Check-in and out straightforward. Amenties good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Phone calls to reception promptly acted on.

I sent a response by text which wasn't actioned. TV hard to cast to.

Close to everything. Comfy bed, nice and quiet.

Nothing was perfect
