Got in late (1:00am) due to a flight delay. Front desk was less then helpful. Once we got our room, stepped off the elevator onto the 2nd floor, the hallway carpet has not been vacuumed in weeks and the carpet was filthy. The room smelled and it was over sprayed with room deodorizer, it was so strong it burned my nose. Checked out the next morning, they wouldn't refund the money for the whole week. We took the manager up to the second floor to show him what we were talking about, and he blamed the staff for not being able to understand English!! Charged us $100 for incident fees, our stay was less than 12 hours. When I got home, checked out the credit card charges, not only have they charged for the whole week they charged us an additional $600. Plus $162. for a booking fee, making our grand total close to $2,000 for a 12-hours stay. still working with hotels.com. In all honesty, this place really needs someone to come in and save it, it could be a nice place!! I would like to show you pictures and a video but this app won't let me import. KTS

Maintenance doesn't seem to be their thing - fixtures, curtains, flooring, wallpaper all very worn and sad looking. The towels and sheets were nice and clean, but the bedspreads, not so much. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old and neglected. Unfriendly staff, they did not clean the room after the first night. I won't go back to that place.

We didn't have hot water in the morning.

Bed was horrible!!! Hotel is definitely outdated and has a musty old smell throughout. The area around the hotel is a loud and unsafe. Drug addict asking for money or food when walking to the McDonald’s next door. Never will be back! I would pay double to not stay there again.

Pictures were deceiving, the property was dirty, and the breakfast was not served hot. Overall was not a great experience.

Convenient location. Needs an interior upgrade.

TV did not work...in two rooms. Staff promised to fix it, but did not. Keys failed 3 times, maids did not clean room 3 of 5 days. Breakfast was good.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was helpful.

The elevator made loud noises early morning 2 am 4 am / very out dated holes patched in walls etc.

The rooms look old and neglected, carpets, furniture and bathroom. The rest was just OK.

This place was convenient MacDonald some feet away, U.S Egg & Dunkin donuts 2 buildings down CVS close and a lot of food options. This was a last minute booking. Service was great, Customer Service Great, employees very courteous and considerate.

The surfaces in the room had food on them. The coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest. There were no fresh cups The refrigerator was not clean The carpet had crumbs The sheets and towels were stained. The staff were kind and helpfull, But the cleanliness is very lacking.

The price was fine. You could here everyone around you. Walls and ceiling didn't seem to be insulated. Probably won't go to a Quality inn again.

Tv not working first night we had to change out hdmi cord. Then the last couple of nights volume on tv don’t work

Everything was good, would stay there again in the future.

My flight to Chandler was cancelled due to a snow storm. I called the property and they would not issue a credit.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Hard to get in and out of ….access difficult. Very pleasant and helpful staff….little run down. Beds comfortable and good sized room. Close to lots of restaurants.

It is not right off I 10, it's a few blocks down but the staff were extremely nice & helpful, so that made up for it

Bed had dirty pillow cases and pubic hair on sheets. Stains on bedspread.tub was stained black. Breakfast was a joke.

Multiple holes in the walls, pieces of drywall missing, bathroom sink would not drain. hallway wall was wet and warping. Have pictures if needed.

Dirty room throw up behind the restroom door hair in the sheets.

It doesnt mention it on here but theres a $100 deposit therefore my kids and i didnt get to stay here. Had already paid online and had to wait 3 days for my refund to be deposited, fun.

It was a good stay overall. The bed & pillows were cheap & uncomfortable, but sufficed for the 2 days I stayed (consecutive days, 2 separate bookings).

Was in town for a hockey gameb so will I needed was a comfy room to lay my head in. Great budget stay about a 20 minute drive from Mullett arena. Staff was great.

This is a great and affordable property. Our check-in was very smooth in the person helping us for checking in the night was very, very helpful. He made sure we are all comfortable and answered all the questions. The room was very comfortable and there was no noise. The breakfast option was also very good. I would highly recommend this property

For what i was here for, a wonderful place to stay. My only con is the mattress, very uncomfortable and super cheap uncomfortable sheets. Aside from that, i have enjoued my stay.

Not enough parking. No room service. No wash cloths.
