TV didn't work. Fire alarm beeped all night. No shampoo or soap

The room we booked was not available- they sold all of them even though I had a reservation, so we were moved from 2 queen beds to a king and a couch. Not what I reserved, but the hotel attendant offered a discount for the inconvenience and I appreciated that. The duct tape on the couch was really low end. I realize this is a budget hotel, but this was pretty bad.

The receptionist I think her name was Alissa is an excellent employee. I hope you do something nice for her.

To start with, there was no one at the Lobby desk. We rang the bell a few times. After about 15 min. someone came out. The room was sort of OK, the chair in the room was uncomfortable and full of cracks, the sheets did not looked washed, they were wrinkled. The breakfast was continental that they put on a small table in the small lobby. Don't plan on getting much. The utensils in the room are not there, you have to order to have them brought in, there was not even cups. We were only there one night so we chose not to order their utensil package. No coffee or coffee cups without that package. Any yes there is a fridge, but the ice trays had no water, so there was no ice, and no ice machines on site. Good location, but would not stay again.

I needed a place to stay overnight. I looked on Hotels.com and selected Extended Stay America. The experience was good.

It’s an older place. There were condensation or water damage in the bathroom. The bathroom handle looked broken didn’t close properly. Towels were cleaned but had stains.
Overall area is nice, customer service was great but they have a problem with homelessness in the area.

When I opened the door to the first room, I was hit with the horrible smell of animal urine. The lady at the front desk presented us with another room. While the smell of urine wasnt present when you opened the door like the first room, it was obvious pets had urinated in that room too...this the first hotel i have stayed at that did not have a coffee maker in the room. I guess you have to ask for every amenity as they are not kept in the room. The hallways smelled like Marijuana from the time we arrived until the time we left. The beds were ok but not great.

Room had a full kitchen but no cups or plates etc. would’ve been nice to have a couch but the tables and dresser was really old, and chipped. Room was clean but needs updating

After explaining to the lady at that front desk whom.complained about coming to to work that my husband left me his card to pay however they wouldnt. Ch
arge it until.he got there after work. After 30 mins she came to our room and yelled at mt 20nyr old who is preparing for brain surgery.

Steven the front desk person was so nice and helpful. the night desk person was rude as F**k. The TV didnt work. Steven tried to fix it. didnt fix it. I thought he was going to send maintenance, that didn't happen. Only one Night.

Breakfast was supposed to be between 6 to 9. It wasn’t out till 7:30. They didnt have any carts at all for luggage. The toilet was broken throughout our stay. Could hear cars driving down street. For the price, it was bearable. Ive seen worse. Unable to use bathtub.

Check in lady at night is very disrespectful and acted like guest where a nuisance to her. Someone also tried to get into my room. Lucky for me I had the latch on along with with the door lock. Would never stay here gain nor would I recommend this place.

The room, elevator all were not in good condition. Not sure if its on The website about pets and smoking allowed. Room smelled like pet piss, smoke and stale. There was an issue with elevator, 80 year old mom and aunt had to walk down thre flights. Can someone call me regarding this complaint. I also adresses it with Steven also who was at the front desk. Someone also hit my car and caused a dent and a long stratch. I called to report it and Jennifer seemed a lityle short with me and maybe its due to the complaint i made. However last night she had a lot to say. I just want to get it resolved.

Very nice place to stay, from the staff to the room. I have stayed there many times and will continue to stay there, because it is comfortable and consistent. This is not the Taj Majal, but if you're looking for a decent safe and comfortable place then stay here you just can't beat it.

It was very unclean and the beds were dinted from like people’s bodies leaving indents idk the lady at the desk was clearly on drugs

The staff was super friendly and helpful but the the carpeting and upholstery definitely needs renovating, which leads me to the perception that the place is dirty. The pillows were as "bare necessity" as they could be. Pillows are the smallest most impactful reason we would or would not stay at a place again.

Had to wait quite a while to check in and out. My cell phone died while I was there and calling from the room phone was a disaster. Staff I was able to locate were friendly and was ok for a basic stay but I'll probably spend a little more and stay at a nicer place next time.

Place is a dump. The smell was so bad it gave me a headache and we had to leave. Carpets in the hall and in the rooms are filthy. The place is very rundown.

The two burner cook top didn’t work and the place was not that nice. Staff was blah. I brought food to cook but of course couldn’t. So I ended up ordering out. So double whammy.

Unfortunately I would never stay here again! The “queen” bed is actually a full size bed but they call it a queen due to the room size as the front office stated. I measured it and it was barely 4 feet by 6 feet! The first room was just mismatched furniture that barely stood up. We moved to a second room and it smelled like urine! The shower curtain had stains and the floor was coming up by the toilet. The whole room had a weird odor and we were thankful it was only a night stay!

The property is in bad condition. The side entrance door looks like someone tried prying it open with a crowbar and doesn’t open with your room card. The girl who checked us in was nice but seemed to be doing two peoples jobs. Our phone in the room didn’t work so my wife went down to get some more pillows and soap (nothing for the kitchen sink) and the the girl didn’t come back to the front desk. She waited 10min two different times. Lol. Crazy. Do not stay here. It’s not worth $50/nt

None of the lamps worked. Smelled musty and needs updating. Halls smelled of cigarettes and marajuana horribly. Security was nice. But he was in his car on his phone when we walked our dog. Didn't even look up. Seems to be going downhill.

They cancelled my reservation without letting me know. When I got to the hotel at 9pm, they told me that my reservation was cancelled because they were full. They just asked me to check with Expedia about it. I was unable to check in at all. I have to booked a new hotel. Really really bad experience

Very unique property. Hotel is dirty, holes in walls, homeless in hallway. We didn’t even stay.

Pretty much good mostly, bit noisy on the traffic side and no carpet so the person above us made noise walking around. But good bed, good kitchen, clean, good price.

I got there and it took awhile for a staff member to come out this was around 6pm. She was nice but told me the room I had booked wasn’t available and gave me whatever else she had. I was not compensated for the difference. The room’s fridge was making all kinds of noise, couldn’t get the fan to go off and the shower walllz wrrr bubbling. It also had a mildew smell. Unfortunately we won’t be booking with this facility again. We do use extended stays quite often.

Everything was 10/10. Only complaint is there was a crying 8 yr oldish kid from neighbors during the evening (11pm ). This occured my entire stay.

The whole place smells like cigarettes and it just has a darkness to the appearance. It served its purpose and the staff is very nice, but the smell of cigarettes was really bothersome. When we came back to our room it smelt like someone came into our room and smoked.

This is just a place to stay. We were here for one night to see a show at a nearby (sort of) casino, and we didn't want to drive all the way home late at night.
Everything worked. It was pretty clean. Service was fine. We got back to our room late and it was quiet.
It didn't matter to us, since we're not breakfast people, but "breakfast included" is bagged pastries, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

the room we stayed at had a distinct smell of body odor and musty. bathroom floors were peeling and area around the bathtub was dirty. overall the room was dirty and the price didn’t justify it. too expensive for such a low quality room
