The hotel was located hidden behind a shopping area close to the freeway. It still felt safe and you couldn’t hear the highway. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Cons: the elevator was slow a lot of the times. We had a housekeeper come in at 10:20 and said that check out was at 10 on weekends. Our paperwork says 11AM. We were confused. The front desk was apologetic and said they would talk to their staff member. I thought that was extremely weird and I should’ve just called the front desk instead of listening to the housekeeper.

I stayed in a suite for the weekend. The only thing that didn't please me was the hidi bed couch. It was not pleasant at all. The couch was beat up and the mattress was awful for someone to sleep on.

We loved our newly decorated room. It was spotless, quiet, close tour daughter’s house.

The fire alarm was triggered at 12:00 am and all residents had to go outside in the cold!!!!

The room was spacious. Staff friendly. No one cleaned our room in the three days we stayed. Had to ask for towels. Had a fire and was woken with "NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHAT TO DO" The night person. ONLY ONE FOR THE ENTIRE FACILITY. Had no direction how to handle the problem. We were woken at 1 AM one other night by phone calls to our room no one on the line. MANAGEMENT NEEDS THERE BUTTS KICKED!!!! LF

Stayed here for show at Thunder Valley Casino. We Uber’s to and from the venue. Worked great! Our room was in the refurbished area. Very nice.

Terrible slow service at checkin. The room tv is not visible from the bed, and the front desk blamed it on a bad remodel. The replacement room had no shower curtain and a plugged toilet.

The property was under contruction. Woke up to hammering and drilling. Dust all around the floor.

We loved their indoor pool and hot tub. That was a big plus for the family with children. My one complaint is that there were a few hairs in the bathroom and on the carpet.

We had such a fun and relaxing stay. The staff was all so amazing and helpful. The morning breakfast was great, lots of options for my family.

Incredible customer service. We were there for many days for a family funeral and the front desk took phenomenal care of us. The whole staff was very friendly. The newly remodeled rooms are AMAZING!

Dry easy check in and check out. Loved the breakfast in the morning.

The room smelled like animal pee.

It’s was ok but had paid for king bed which was more in price and the bed was only queen. Didn’t complain because we were tired and didn’t want to deal with it.

What a great 1 night stay! 1) Stephanie at the front desk was so helpful with info regarding our concert at Thunder Valley ie, Uber drop offs, layout of casino (my husband is disabled and cannot walk long distances). And she was so friendly! 2) Chasity, manager lent us her personal charging plug for the night after I forgot ours. That’s customer service! 3) The room was spotless and smelled so good every time we walked in the door. Did they have some sort of hidden air freshener?😊 4) Dove products in the shower, Dove soap and lotion by the sink. Wow! Finally a product I use daily. 5) Breakfast wasn’t just a few items. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, REAL oatmeal with all the fixings, yogurt with fruit and granola, bagels, three kinds of hot coffee, three different juices, three types of bread for toast, the waffle batter was like homemade! And the dining area was kept spotless. I wish I had gotten the dining attendant’s name but she was amazing! She was even making the waffles for everyone in between cooking and keeping the counters and tables spotless. We did leave her a nice tip. We will definitely stay here anytime we need to be in the Sacramento area. Best mid-priced hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

I thought I booked a king through Expedia, nope! Expedia fine print was bed type not guaranteed. The hotel does not seem to like Expedia and they opened my eyes that any attempt to checkin early, change the room type, 'oh sorry you booked through Expedia.' This will change my expedia use for sure!

The hotel is very dated. We were looking for one plug in the room that had a USB for charging and there were none. In this day and age that’s kind of expected. The kitchen was very nice. The tub had no skid protection and my husband slid while showering. Bed was not comfortable

We come here every few weeks to run away from busy life. The people are amazing, pool hottub are amazing even in the cold weather. My kids loved it here too. They have big comfy rooms even enough space to fit a family of 8.

Check in was very quick. Was upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom suite. Conveniently located close to Thunder Valley casino where we saw a concert. Quite and clean with free breakfast in the morning.

Every staff member was kind and friendly. The hot breakfast was excellent. Very pet friendly hotel.

Clean bed & bathroom. The black out curtains were ripped and had holes in them. Plus stains on the suite couch and bed skirt.

The room was absolutely amazing!! It would have been nice to be notified of outdoor remodeling that was being done that blocked off the entrance to the hotel.
