A joke of a hotel. Pillows 1” thick; towels so worn they don’t dry. Kitchenette contained 1 coffee cup and 1 saucepan; no dishes, glasses, silverware, potholders etc. 2 coffee packets but no coffee maker and they couldn’t “find one.” Knob missing to turn on stove burner. Phone to call front desk dead. Plug mechanism for tub removed and laying on tub edge. Trash laying in entrance all day. A facility with potential that isn’t being maintained at all!

I hate giving bad reviews but this is the last time I will ever stay at a motel 6! They used to be a good motel chain but not anymore! I was there right at 3 to check in but they told me my room was still not ready because they had a bunch of late checkouts. Even if they stayed until noon they still had 3 hours so I got a room key and left. That was my first mistake. I got back to my room a few hours later expecting to see a nice clean room. That was my second mistake! I was supposed to have a queen bed but got 2 double beds instead. No big deal but when I got into bed I noticed that the mattresses still had the plastic on them under the sheets. I was going to take it off but I feared being charged for them. When I brought it up to the lady at front desk in the morning she said they were brand new mattresses and the plastic should have been removed. REALLY? So I was the very first person to sleep on them? Doubtful! And the people who installed them as well as the cleaning ladies who made the beds did not think to remove the plastic knowing how uncomfortable it would be! Extremely doubtful! I wish this was the only issue. The coffee maker was broke. I could hear every word the people next door were saying as well as the music they began playing at 4 am. The shower hardly had any water pressure and the drain did not work. 5 minutes after I took a shower I went to put on my socks and shoes and the bottom of my feet were filthy! No way this place is even close to a 7/10 motel!

The hotel was trash… very dirty there were cockroaches everywhere……got in late checkin and was told that if we had any issues to let him know… tried to contact front desk but no answer…. Had to wait until 4pm next day for room change…..

There were banging all night throughout the morning. We couldn't relax at all. Got up early and left. Wasted money

Nasty dirty filthy. Food in sink drain bathtub not clean dirt in sink. Dirt on the floors. They changed sheets and towels we think. Cigarette burns in blankets. Run away FAST.

I was surprised by how recent reviews had both tens and twos. Believe me, this place is much lower than a two. We acknowledged the disparity when we checked in. The receptionists were very nice and said they would give us one of their better rooms. They were also helpful and said if anything was missing or awry, we should let them know. Where to begin… Check out the photos and see what you think. If this was a superior room, I cannot imagine what the others would be like. When we arrived, there was no waste paper basket, no towels, no hangers. The front desk staff did provide the towels. However, nothing they could do with their kind service could make this an acceptable room. They were cigarette burns in the bedspread, the stove was inoperable… Not only was it filthy, but the knobs were missing. Even the ironing board had stains on it and the drippings from recent paint can. The room was repainted recently. The interior of the freezer was disgusting, the toilet seat was loose, and the coffee maker and toaster were dirty and rusted. The single bar of soap in the bathroom was open when we arrived. The receptionist told us this room was one they had recently used to photograph, and that it would be a great choice, so I cannot imagine what the other rooms must be like. Save yourself! Do not believe the tens… This is an unacceptable property at any price.

Terrible neighborhood, had a lot of inconvenience upon checking in. They gave me an occupied room, then gave me a dirty room, then finally gave me a beat up room that was so called updated then came back from a long day to find out that my shower was not working Then told the front desk they gave me a room key to take a shower in and go back to my room. That seem very nice. A hooker came knocking on my door at 3 AM. The previous night cops came from down the hallway only to find out two women robbed amen , not a safe neighborhood. Front desk does not care no type of customer service. I checked out three days earlier because of the inconvenience and once somewhere else and they still did not refund me those extra three days that I did not stay there.

Air conditioning is so noisy.. every 5 minutes making noise.. appliances are dirty. Stove top doesn’t look working cuz we saw the control switch missing. There was some drilling doing in next door room. Lucky fridge and microwave are working..

Recently renovated; the smell of paint in the room was overpowering. Bathtub rusty. No coffee or utensils provided, which seemed odd considering that this had a kitchenette; nor was there a blanket on the bed, (although provided very quickly after requesting.)

Horrible. No pillows. No TV remote. Plastic sheets. Toilet seat barely hanging on with one bolt. We stayed two hrs an left at 230am.

The staff is amazing, the exterior of the property needs a little TLC

Staff is great

This place has high schoolers yelling making noise from 11 to 4 at night room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes never again don’t waste your money or time nothing but druggies

Arrived at 4:15 PM for a 1 night stay.was told that the room was not ready (check in time was 3PM) and to return in an hour. At 5:20 we returned and was told the room wasn't ready yet...shortage of housekeepers was the given reason. Told the clerk that this was not acceptable and asked my reservation be canceled. He assured me it was and we were able to get a room at another nearby hotel.

Sue and staff is amazing!! Rooms impeccably clean ....
