Our check in was easy and the member greeted us with a friendly welcome. The bartenderess was amazing! She did the bar plus took orders for food from the dinning area.

Had a nice stay. Employees were super friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Great location but does not feel safe walking down to Beale street. Lots of homeless people. There was a stain on the carpet and armchair that was in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the giant Bass Pro Shop, which was a fun thing to do while here.

The stay was good- did not know we were paying for parking until check out.

Original room had no hot water. Had to move. Breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming. Lower level parking had something funky dripping on my car. Mostly on windshield which wiped off. But some on painted pillar that I couldn’t get off. Otherwise all good.

We always stay here when visiting Memphis. Staff is great! We especially appreciate Reginald and his shuttle service.

Front desk staff was not overly friendly. Showers would not get overly hot and if they got warm it was brief. Parking was very difficult. Beds very hard.

Check in team was friendly and fun. Breakfast staff was hard to find.

We love this location. Convenient to Beale street and such. AC in the lobby wasn’t working but they had fans and it seemed cool enough.

Room was not as filthy as other reviewers commented but the towel bar was falling off the wall, towels were dirty, door had to be lifted and adjusted to close securely. We looked at the room prior to checking it and it did not seem too bad looked at the matteess etc.. Went out to dinner and such got back to the place around 9pm. But as I was about to lie down I noticed LOTS of tiny black bed bugs on the stark white sheets. We checked out so fast and drove to another hotel. Gross As others have noted just avoid this place.

First of all the parking situation is absolute trash. There were at least 50 motorcycles blocking the entrance and the front door. Get in and the room that I reserved with the king bed was unavailable and no apologies were given just you can take the double bed or not.

They really need to shut this hotel down and completely remodel. The floors were so nasty it seemed it flooded and the carpet had mildew. The smell was awful. The lobby did not have air conditioning and it was 96 degrees outside. The shower did not have any barrier to stop the water from coming out so water ran all over the floor in the bathroom. The sheets were very itchy. There was also only one way in and one way out. This by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is also right by the interstate so I could not sleep with the cars racing up and down the interstate all night. The only pro was the staff was very friendly and had great customer service.

Was not cleaned floors NASTY , Linen smelled , overall the place was just NASTY !!

I did like that it was close to the highway. Made it easy to get places.

WARNING: SEVERE BED BUG INFESTATION I stayed at the Crowne plaza for 5 nights and got over 20 bed bug bites. I also saw 2 bed bugs in my room, was moved rooms, and found another bug in the new room. I was denied a refund because I didn't report the bed bugs on my first night (I didn't notice that night... bites don't always show up right away). The worst part was how I was treated. My concerns were dismissed, and I was told I was wrong (despite having CLASSIC signs of bed bug bites, and seeing them myself). I was asked to show hotel staff my bites in the lobby, which was incredibly embarrassing and dehumanizing. After that, I was told they would get back to me but they never did. I ended up spending over $1,000 of my own money to replace items that I was afraid could be infected and not easily treated (like purses, luggage). The hotel did not offer to clean or treat my items. When I initially reported the bed bugs, nothing was done. When I checked out, I insisted that they make a report. This, plus the fact that TWO rooms (which weren't side by side) were infected, makes me think the hotel doesn't take infestations seriously. The fact that I saw THREE bugs during the daytime, plus the sheer amount of bites I got suggests the infestation was severe. I was in room 703 initially, then 722. Both rooms were infected. I suspect the entire 7th floor is likely infected. This was an incredibly disappointing and disheartening experience. Please stay somewhere else.

First of all, the beds are the msot comfortable ones I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and were diligently doing their jobs (working on the on ice machines before I realized they were even broken). Our room was completely clean and fully supplied/furnished. I could see myself staying there again next time I go tl Memphis.

Great customer service

This was my first visit to Memphis. I was there for work and needed a clean place in a safe neighborhood. I was disappointed of the condition of the room considering the cost. It wasn’t clean, very old and little hot water in the bathroom ( I notified front desk but never heard back to resolve the problem ). Overpriced place that is certainly not worth booking.
