Very clean: well maintained. Great hot breakfast. 24/7 hot coffee in lobby. Beautiful and expansive lobby.

Check in with staff member Tracey was beyond amazing. Quickly got us checked in, and up to our room. The floor we were put on had some groups that were in the celebratory spirit, and we were wanting to get some rest. Tracey quickly jumped into action and put us on a different more quiet floor. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. Every aspect of our stay was excellent. Room was very clean and well kept. Rooms were quiet and breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again.

When we walked into the hotel we were slipping and my daughter fell due to the ice in the entry way and the blankets and towels the staff put down. Once we began to check in we were told we did not have a reservation despite the fact we had a receipt, confirmation number and had paid in full for the room. As our reservation is being looked for there are police officers speaking with a prostitute and drug dealer. The man at the front desk gives me the “phone number “ to call Hotels.com and it was an x-rated call service. Our minor children were sitting on the couch opposite the desk with the police and apprehended people between us and them. We could not get to our children as the escalation grew. The police finally moved the people and we grabbed our children. They never found our reservation and finally made a new one after seeing our children witnessing everything. Only one elevator worked out of 4, parties were going after midnight and the halls reeked of weed. We have stayed here for the past 3 years when in town for ice skating competition. Never again!

Perfect hotel, amazing staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. The pool was not clean/too strong; you're unable to breathe in there. The room we were in was very small for three people and no exhaust fans in room.

Everything was perfect and the price was really good considering the quality.

Had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned even arriving after check-in time. Room needed more lighting, didn't have an adequate 'kitchenette', no sink, no utensils, a bit of a disappointment for the price.

We were happy with our stay. The hotel, gym, and rooms were clean. The free breakfast was the best part. I also like the complementary tea and coffee stand. Overall we were pleased and will stay again.

I stayed 10 nights and was very happy with all. Francisco was fantastic, I made a mistake in my reservation via expedia, he helped me to fix it and gave me a very very reasonable price. Thank you very much Francisco! The breakfast is good, and the hot water/coffee/tea all day is also very handy for long-stays. I hardly wrote any reviews, but this time I have to give my appreciation to the property and Francisco!

I travel from Syracuse NY every year couple of times a year and i always book with you guys, hospitality is awesome, staff is amazing, clean place, great pool, great breakfast i love this place oh and like i told my wife is smell amazing lol i will definitely keep booking with you guys thank you for everything you guys do you guys rock!!!

Great location for the freeway and shopping at Old Orchard mall. We love coming to this area around Christmas. Nice hotel. Like staying gere.

There is no longer a hot tub or board games in the lobby. Breakfast selections aren’t as good as they were in the past. Our room was called a mini suite. All that meant is it had a microwave and mini fridge.

Easy to find off the highway

Upon checki-in one of the employee did several unauthorized transactions on my credit card that the police authorities had to be called against the hotel because an employee unauthorized use of my credit card on the first night of me staying there with made my stay very uncomfortable and not trustworthy with the services provided. The management staff was a little helpful in trying to resolve the effort because they didn’t want to look bad. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay!

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. Convenient, nice staff, clean. The hotel is starting to show its age. The room was fine, but dimly lit and lacked a chair.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. The hot breakfast (eggs & sausage) wasnt the best.

Clean room and public spaces. Stayed two nights, and one night, there was no internet. They mentioned that there would be breakfast to go if you were leaving before breakfast service, but I didn’t see anything on the counter where they said to look. A dumb little thing- nothing labeled key drop off and no one at the counter to check out. Felt weird just leaving the room key on the front desk with no one around.

Mediocre so so condition overall. Not bad and little bit overpriced.

This hotel was a perfect stay for our visit to the Baha'i House of Worship in Wilmette, fall travel from southern Illinois with two twelve year olds and small dog we felt very welcome and well accomodated!
