Clean comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to off highways and good communication from front desk as well as local resources for teams coming from out of town.

Was a nice stay until the morning when we had to be checked out by 11am and its 9:40am and called housekeeping because we had no towels to be informed we would not be getting towels any time soon

The room and hotel was great. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was unheated (brrrrr) and I would have loved to see some weights at the gym.

The 2 woman at the front desk were ao over the top helpfull (not the fake type) im talking about truly so helpfull i would never stay at a differant hotel and i would tell every one about this hotel

I was disappointed that your free wifi was not working during our stay. Also our key cards did not work for the pool or exercise room. We had to have an attendant let us in the pool area.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but I did encounter one who wasn’t so pleasant and helpful. I stayed for days and had to request for trash cans to be changed, new towels, and for toiletries to be replenished. It was inconvenient for a family of four. I saw bugs near the breakfast area. Gross. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was very nice. I was very unhappy with my room however, as there was no hot water, and the deadbolt lock was broken. It was not up to the standards. I’ve always experienced at Holiday Inn express.

The check in staff were lovely and efficient. The room we booked was clean and spacious. Absolutely one of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had traveling. Super convenient location as well. We would highly recommend this property.

We were on the fourth floor and had luke warm water, hardly any pressure and the tub clogged. When you pay this amount of money you expect to have a decent shower!!!

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious - however, the heat didn’t work and I didn’t have hot water. The breakfast had lots of choices including hot food.

I just went for one night and everything looks great and the location was perfect.

When we checked in the desk clerk was wonderful. When we got to the room, we noticed the wallpaper tearing away from the wall, and there was mold underneath it. The desk clerk was very apologetic and moved us to another room. The new room was fine but the bed felt like I was sleeping on a board very uncomfortable.

Cleans rooms and grounds and good breakfast but ......... we had a double queen bed room and one of the bedframes were completely destroyed room 402. The bed sank into the middle and everytime i turned i thought it would just fall out. It was very late when we got in . Hopefully seeing this comment they will fix the bed. Hot water really wqant hot eaither but it was really cool to see dove products in the shower. Id stay again just not this room.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Room very clean. Staff super nice. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Went to providence water fires and stayed here. Breakfast was great. A absolute gem.

Hotel was nice. It was clean and properly maintained. Morning breakfast was good; eggs, bacon & sausage, pancakes,cereal. We ended up in a handicap accessible room; it would be an adequate space for someone who was in a wheelchair or had additional medical equipment. Our only complaint was the bathroom had inadequate ventilation so the room was humid as the water had nowhere to go after a shower. We would stay there again if wanted to be nearby the airport and highways.

Reasonably well updated, convenient to PVD airport. Pool is small and awkwardly placed (indoors, but no windows or natural light). Helpful staff.
