Great hotel for a quick overnight stay.

I was amazed this hotel is the most clean hotel i ever went to im glad plus its smoke free it has everything..staff are very nice i mean im having a great time..this hotel is very clean i will come back and will tell others about this hotel..thank you we appreciated the time here will be back...i give this hotel above and beyond 5 star rating or higher

The stay at this hotel have been one of the best stays ever. The check in process was excellent the young lady that helped us was great can’t remember her name but she was amazing,I believe she is the youngest there I do recall her having a nose pierced if they makes it easier to know how great she was. The room was impeccable clean, the first hotel I visit that has a great shampoo and conditioner along with soap for the visitors. Overall this places is a 10/10 worth the stay .

Nice for the neighborhood

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there were children running and talking in the halls and doors opening and closing until 1 am. The air conditioning unit was very loud and didn’t work properly. The walls are very thin and you could hear the tv and the blow dryer from the neighboring rooms.

Cleanliness was excellent but heater/ac blower was noisy

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at for comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent very friendly courtesy and helpful. They went beyond their job every single person, especially Maya, the front Desk and the gentleman’s too I would give this a 10 star plus if it could be read it this high I have stayed at several IGH, hotels and Holiday Inn express suites and never have. I seen this kind of service cleanliness, especially and the comfort of the beds thank you, Holiday Inn express suites at absecon, New Jersey hats off to you all and you should be given a award and rated the best holiday inn express suites Absecon NJ ever

Clean

The place was clean, the breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious. The ONLY issue was that the staff were not friendly AT ALL and not very warm. They don’t say hello, good morning, NOTHING. Only one staff member (David) was very personable and nice. The only hesitancy I would have to stay again is interacting with the workers.

What I liked was its close proximity to Atlantic City. I also liked the morning breakfast and space in parking lot. I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not heated, the radiator was very loud and kept us up. From our room we could hear the train passing by very often. It was loud. As a result we gave it an average rating.

The only problem is that uneducated and disrespectful families in the pool area cannot protect their children. Many families with children and their children are disturbing, which should not be the case.

The suite was very roomy. Some areas of the room/hotel were a little older but clean. Noise from route 30 was a bit much during the night but not the hotels fault.

Nothing it was amazing

I’m on the last leg of a 7 day trip with my boys in which we traveled to Cleveland OH, Louisville KY, Kitty Hawk NC and Atlantic City NJ. It was an amazing trip that I booked completely through Expedia. We checked in today at approximately 3:45 pm and checked in. The man working the desk was helpful. He asked us if we were planning to use the pool to which I said yes. He then provided me with 4 bands for me and my kids for pool access. We went upstairs and changed and came down to the pool and there was a sign saying that it was closed. I went to the desk and asked him and he apologized and said that the indoor pool is closed because it was raining outside. I told him that two of my boys are severely autistic and after being in the cat for 8 hours the get overwhelmed… I asked if they could go in quickly, he said no. I asked if I could just cancel my room and go somewhere else…. He said that he would ask the manager. The manager came out and I asked if we could just cancel the rooms because I specifically choose all of my hotels because my kids need to decompress in the water after a long day in the car. That’s the reason I didn’t just keep driving home to Massachusetts. He told me that I can certainly check out and go elsewhere but that I would be charged for the two rooms. I told him that we literally just checked in and the pool was open…. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. He told me that he wouldn’t budge on the issue. I admittedly became very angry and yell…

Basic overnight accommodations; nothing special, but staff were very customer friendly.

Loved how clean everything was from the moment you walked in. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Would greatly recommend.

The reservation has breakfast included that's what I liked. The thing I didn't like was that the pool wasn't heated.
