Breakfast - we enjoyed that there was a variety of options to choose from and especially the hot foods that were available. The location was also close to the airport which made the travel and location stellar. In addition, we enjoyed the gym and ability to be able to launder our clothing. Lastly, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. This truly made the stay feel like a home away from home.

The standard rooms had spring mattresses and flat pillows.

The breakfast was good

our rooms bathroom doesnt lock. You can look it fron the inside but you can still unlock it from the outside by just pulling the door.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, liked the pillows, the breakfast was very good. I was pleased that there was laundry machines on premises.

I think for the price, rooms should be cleaned daily. Beds made, garbage emptied bathrooms wiped down.

I hate that they don’t have a pool.

That my credit card was charged for a smoking fee. I called the hotel 7 times with no call back from anyone, including leaving messages for managers. I filed a report with booking.com
