I had a king suite. It was lovely, large, well kept. It was equipped with kitchenette, living room, office desk, jacuzzi. A home away from home!

Overall everything was good and we enjoyed to stay there.

This location is conveniently located and the amenities were kept very clean and updated. It’s one of the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Rooms kept clean with regular cleaning. Breakfast buffet provided good quality and kept very clean and hygienic - especially with the crepe in a minute. Front desk staff and overnight staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestions and directions to navigate the neighborhood. However, due to the low levels of this older building, rooms facing the street does receive a lot of road noises from buses, traffic and etc. Maybe the facility should upgrade to better sound insulated windows.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn as usual, this is the go to hotel for us where we know that we definitely will have great time.

So clean and quiet

Loved our room, was quite clean and had lots of space for our family, most of staff was very pleasant. Aside from the smell of marijuana that greeted us when we arrived, the stay was quite pleasant for our family for the one night. We would stay again.

No housekeeping for two days, even when we specifically asked for it on first day, not worth it to spend 750 dollars for wet used towels and bad service

Only thing that bothered me was the kind of window shade through which people from outside can view if the light is on in the room! The second floor room assigned to me was adjacent to the Main Street and accessible to intruders or miscreants. Please rectify the situation.
