The location- conveniently located.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS I stayed here for one night enroute to my stay in Victoria. This was my only stop along the way. Ended up with bed bugs. Spent the following 2 days afterward (my vacation in Victoria), sanitizing all my belongings, hiring pest control and fumigating everything, including my vehicle. Extra cost and ruined my trip. To top it off, denial from management that they found any bed bugs in my room. Refusal to refund money without any ‘proof’.

Breakfast was good

The price was not what was advertised on Booking. You advertised $197 but price was $251!!!!!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room cleanliness was good. There is a nice tent in the parking lot but wish it was cleaner and better maintained. Some guests just leave their trash and cigarette butts on the table. Overall my family's stay in July was good. Would book again and recommend.

Breakfast was continental but it had the same components throughout our stay. A little variation would have been great. We stayed for 5 days and ate the same breakfast every day. At the very least, change the meat option like add bacon or ham every other day (we had sausage from Saturday till Wednesday). Eggs could be prepped variably like omelette or sunny side up (it was always hard boiled)... I wish the tea bags were served individually packaged.

Nothing could have been better

the toaster does not work, so we ate had to throw out the bread because we had contaminated it and could not put it back. the location was bad because we heard sirens all night, plus there was no space to park.

there were bugs in the bed. and the sink is outside of the washroom right beside the bed, what if I had stayed longer and needed to wash myself after defecating? Not convenient, plus the price is too much to cause such an invasion of privacy.

The staff were rude, the room was sub par, not clean, had to ask for clean towels. In morning we checked out and found out we were charged for a pillow ? 35 for a pillow!! Absolutely ridiculous I want my money back honestly
