The Hotel was quiet and comfortable. We have stayed in the past, and this stay was just as nice

The front desk staff was amazing. The room was not clean. The desk area has something over it, the floor had dirt/crumbs and the bathroom wasn't any better.

My family and I have stayed here about once a year for the last 5 years, but this was the worst stay for sure. The pool was closed (and it wasn’t apparent before booking) and the shower was super weak. A few ants in the bathroom as well. I hope they can do better next time, or we may be finding a new spot.

Was a good experience. We stayed one night. Check-in was easy. We got to our room and it was only partially cleaned. We reported to the front desk and they sent someone right up. The person cleaning was very apologetic. The kids used the pool which was fun. Was in a bit of rough shape but overall good experience. Water was warm. No issues with noise while trying to sleep and were right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good, I had a bagel, eggs and sausage. Checkout was easy, just dropped our key in a bin. It did make me a bit nervous no one was there to take our key though. I felt like anyone could have walked by and grabbed our key and gone to our room since our key was left in the folder with the room number. There were multiple keys in there so it didn't seem like it was emptied often.
Overall good experience though. Would stay again. Was $100 for the night.

Having a great stay here. Came to see the Lighthouse and park. Pool was warm. Temperature in the pool area could be warmer. Still, a very good hotel. Clean and quiet!

On check in I was not provided any info about housekeeping routines,coffee availability which I later found was 24/7 not even direction to the room.

The location was very good - right off the highway/main road. Mariah and Matt (2 employees were very helpful and friendly - Matt made sure the food in the breakfast area was replenished). However, there were no employees available today to do that and some items ran out. We had a problem with a noisy heater in our room and had to switch rooms - luckily it was only to the next room. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and nice to have a small bottle of water available in the rooms.

The motel needs to have some work done. Wasn't happy that the door we used to get into the motel didn't lock.
Our room's bathroom didn't have anywhere to set stuff other than around the sink. Shower wasn't very warm and had terrible pressure. Needed some tiles fixed around the shower. pool was nice though! But will not stay there again!

The location was easy to find and the check-in person was nice. The room was tiny and overall clean, but some areas had not been cleaned in a very long time. The television wasn’t working, so I checked cords and had to wash up after touching behind the wall-mounted tv. The evening front desk person promptly responded to fix the tv. The queen sized bed was actually only a full-size and there was very little space in the room. I wanted a receipt at checkout and had to wait for staff to finish breakfast service before getting a receipt. The staff member that came to the desk was rude and seemed put out that I wanted a receipt.

We have stayed her before. Very convenient. It is a nice place but a little worn. Carpeting is dirty and flooring on the first floor needs repair. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue we would be attending, and it had an accessible bathroom for my mother. When we checked in, our room was on the second floor (even though we had previously stopped at the hotel to assure we had a room that met our needs). The front desk clerk was very accommodating and quickly gave us a different room. However, it wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes (even though I called the night before to be sure the room would be ready for us to change prior to going to the wedding venue). We were permitted to use the room to change our clothes, knowing it had not yet been cleaned, but we weren't expecting it to be full of pet hair and smelling like pets (we thought pets were not allowed). The room was spartan in its furnishings and certainly fell well below expectations for the price we paid.

Mainly our poor rating is based on the condition(filthy) of the carpets snd lack of detail in cleaning of the room. Such as the refrigerator had other guests items in it. Window sills dusty, floor corners/edges untouched. Beds and bathroom were clean. Room phone did not work and front desk did not answer at 6:15 .

Getting tired, floors and carpets have seen better days. Hot water takes for ever to arrive in the morning. Hallway smells. Good check in check out. Breakfast has many choices. Easy hotel to find during our way there.

The property was average, nothing special. The woman working the desk both Friday and Saturday was so unprofessional. Taking phone calls while helping me but talking very degrading to the customer on the phone. Then hangs up and starts bad-mouthing that person to myself and my spouse. Then when checking out the following day I had a question regarding my bill, she was sitting in the back room and didn't want to get up to come to the counter and was totally annoyed that I needed her help. She never got up to come to the counter, she just gave short sharp anwers. She is not a good face for the hotel with her attitude.

We had a lightning strike that put out the internet and phones. Many TVs were fried including ours.I also wanted to mention that the sheets for our bed were incredibly small, to the point the fitted sheet would not stay over the mattress but instead kept coming off the corners and leaving the mattress pads exposed.
Also, we found out when we got there that we had the smallest rooms in the whole place. We literally had a foot and half space around our bed and the little hall to go out. I have a problem with small rooms. It was uncomfortable to say the least.
On a positive note, the staff were amazingly attentive and worked diligently to correct all issues they could due the circumstances. Thank you!!

It was nice. I stayed there some years back; it has gone down since the last time i stayed. Not much help on site. know one came in to pick up dirty towels or empty trash. Other than that, the staff that were there were great. I would stay again.

The lobby was great but the carpet in the hallway leading to our room and the floors in the room were dirty.

Stay was fine. We’ve been to this hotel before and never had any issues. But this time it was very loud. People yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night. Lots of jumping noises above us. Didn’t mind until it was midnight. Staff was great! Hotel was great. Other guests super disrespectful. Our stay turned into being over tired during the day while we were trying to enjoy our visit to Maine!
