Nice stay, spacious room. Only stayed one night to attend concert at Acrisure arena about 20 minutes away.

Room was small, bed was old saggy spring mattress on an old box spring and metal bed frame that caught my shoe twice and tripped me. It was technically clean but there were a few iffy things like the shower grout falling out the tiles when the shower looked newly tiled. Low flow toilets do not flush well and there is no microwave in the rooms, you have to go down stairs and use a community one outside. All in all it was decent for what we needed which was a place to crash after stagecoach. Staff was all ways nice and friendly.

The staff are super kind, professional, helpful, and courteous. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Super clean rooms. Love the decor. Really neat place, and I love how the springs and pools are in the middle of the estate for more privacy, and it lends to an escape. Great place!

Room was nice, but I had to call the front desk for towels, as there were none in the room. You were only allowed to enter/exit through the main entrance - all other exterior doors were only for emergency exit. So, if you have a dog (like we did) it’s quite a long walk (depending on your room location) to let the dog out to relieve itself.

Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean with a lot of space. The only issue I encountered was the joists between the room and the room above was a little noisy and you can hear footsteps which can be slightly annoying but it wasn't overbearing. All-in-all, I had a good experience with Aqua Soleil Hotel

It’s a nice hotel in the desert with high tech design rooms. Service was great

Room was very basic - no microwave and a roach was crawling in the batroom the first night. The refrigerator door handle was broken & kept falling off. First floor room was pretty noisy, but the spa was nice. Too expensive for what I got. Would not recommend.

This is an older boutique style hotel, that is in great condition. Love the small resort feel. Rooms are spacious and clean, Beds are comfortable. Way less expensive! Drive into Palm Springs is only 10 minutes. The money we saved was so worth it.

We loved out stay. The pool was heated and the hot tubs were great. My shoulder stopped hurting after sitting in the tub for 20 minutes so maybe there's magic water there. The room was good, although the ceiling is pretty thin as we could hear all the footsteps and stuff from above. But the beds were super comfortable so we slept well.

Hotel is in a beautiful location. Room was big and comfortable. Only complaint was the pet fee was very high at $75 per pet.

We really enjoyed our stay--the staffing at the front desk during check-in was the BEST -- the room was up toe expectations although, a xtra towels would be great. We have generally no complaints at all. Just want to let you know that how remarkable it was during night-time hours very quiet --always a PLUS

Lovely in-room hot spring tub is great. It is very relaxing. Set the timer and run the jet stream for a water massage on your back. The only negative feedback is there are only 3 jet stream outputs, a strong one, a medium strength and a weak one. All 3 were located quite low, so you need to move your body around. Unfortunately, the outputs are too low to massage my shoulders or neck area.

Our bathroom had a funky odor. I reported it to the front desk and they came in and cleaned. But it still smelled like urine. Even though it looked clean, there was something they missed.

Service was great, easy parking, and was comfortable. Good for cleanliness, but some furniture and flooring near bathroom looked worn.

We enjoyed our stay!

It was a mistake in booking and staying that place. The whole time place is like a motel. They made huge noise when doing pool cleaning like 5am in the morning.

Hotel is being upgraded, very diy but cute. Pool and spas are wonderful and very clean. Staff are a pleasure.

The front desk staff was super friendly, however the room was nothing spectacular. Shower was dirty, bed was hard, more of a motel then a hotel

I had a good stay at a reasonable price. The heated pool was relaxing to swim in and the hot tubs were also nice to relax in under the stars. The room (single king) was also pretty ample and came with a minifridge.
The downsides were that there was a lot of noise on both mornings of my stay (between 2-4am) waking me up constantly each night. The other being my AC unit wasn't keeping the room cool enough, no matter how much I tweaked with the settings.
Overall would recommend, especially if it's at <$100.

Could use some more like extra blanket and pillows, extra towel, extra toilet paper. Also, could we use a microwave and a little bigger coffee pot. we had excellent experience good hotel to stay nearby. But it was so cold and no blanket and elevator takes so long to come.

We only stayed for one night. The room was very nice & spacious with a separate vanity counter. I really liked that I can put on my makeup while my partner could take his shower and the mirror didn’t steam up.

I would have been very happy if I could have left after the first night, non-cancellable. Because I recently had a kidney transplant, I really do need to have reliable Internet so that I can email my transplant team should any concerns arise. Even if I had been ambulanced to a local hospital, I am doubtful they have a transplant team there to address concerns. I had to go down to the very noisy lobby to use my cellular Internet. Just what I want to do on my vacation. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the nasty stained carpet in my room. It had black stains all over the carpet, looked like dark grease. A good shampooing with address that.

My stay was amazing. The facility was very clean and welcoming. I loved the safety, comfort, and peace here. I appreciate their security team that is there 7pm-7am. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. I cannot wait to go back.

It was a curious mixture of basic and upscale.
On the one hand, the rooms were clean, with fresh paint and carpeting, nice bedding, and new fixtures and tile in the bathrooms. There was a large mini-fridge in the room too.
On the other hand, the building seemed in need of upgrades - the shower had great water pressure, but it didn't drain, and the shower curtain didn't reach the floor so I moved the tension rod down to avoid flooding the bathroom floor.
There was free shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel and other nice freebies, and nice towels, but there were no little shelves where you could put soap or a razor in the shower. In the room, the heat had a strong paraffin smell when it came on so we turned it off.
The outdoor pools and jacuzzis and fire pit are definitely nice, but we arrived on the late side and there were no other amenities available. There are no microwaves in the rooms, just a single microwave near the pool area which we used to heat food we brought with us. Good thing, because there were NO vending machines or snacks or meals for sale in the hotel, let alone room service. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no bottled water.
There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, but that's it, if you are unfortunate enough to arrive after the dining room is closed. There was a pool table, a foosball table, and a ping pong table near the lobby, but those were not available to guests when we arrived at 9pm either.
Definitely a mixed experience!

The Aqua Soliel is a clean fairly well maintained property. The rooms aren’t fancy but comfortable and clean. With a large patio. Too bad it looked out onto a busy road. The pool area is quiet. The jets weren’t fully functioning in the hot tub indoors. The outdoor hot tub was fully functioning and the pool was warm and devine. I was perfectly comfortable taking a night swim on a winter night. Like bath water. All hot spring fed. Lovely.

I come here all the time! I love the mineral water pool and jacuzzi 😻

It is like they built a hotel in a car park. There is nothing to do in Desert Hot Springs. Book a place in Palm Springs, which is where you will spend most of your time anyway. There was a guy who was in the hot tub from 9 am to 10 pm, he did everything in the hot tub, eat, drink, cut his toe nails, smoke, this went on for days. I thought he was homeless, but he was a guest, it's that kind of place.
