This hotel is an ABSOLUTE hidden gem for parking if you have a trailer. The rooms are clean and well put together. There is also an abundance of restaurants and things to do in the area for activities. However hotel staff could not seem less enthused they only give you answers if you ask for them. Furthermore breakfast is not included and is $12 per person. Last but not least I was pulling a horse trailer and someone opened my sliding vents to look in my trailer. I requested at the front desk for someone to check the cameras( let it be known my trailer was empty) but I did not want my trailer touched. I never heard anything back. I would probably stay here again but again customer service by employees is lacking.

The mattress in room 419 was broken. Absolutely could not sleep on it. Took pictures - it wasn't just an uncomfortable mattress, but was visibly broken.

Great experience. The check-in was easy and efficient. The gentleman at the front desk was nice. We got to our room and heard loud noises from the adjoining room. The front desk was very understanding and moved us to a different room without hesitation. The bed was very comfortable which was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Needs better lighting. Bathroom was only lit by the backlight of the mirror. Needs some actual hand soap in the bathroom as well rather than a tiny bar of bath soap.

Room was not cleaned… Cereals were on the floor… the carpet is excessively stained, the sheets were stained and it appeared that the pillow cases were unchanged! I left!!!

Room was good, bed must have been a bit old, not very firm, pool was great, as was gym, and people were awesome. Missed usual breakfast buffet since they've a restaurant.

Room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The only issue I have was the $50.00 deposit asked for upon our stay. I don't remember seeing anything about this when booking. Also, the breakfast was expensive with limited options. I paid about the same amount just taking my family to breakfast at a restaurant. The hotel was great though, and the area was nice. Right near the Wolf base mall

Truly surpassed my expectations! Room was clean and spacious. The hotel was up to date in style and technology. Staff were friendly and greeted customers as they were coming and going. Parking was well-lit and spacious. Breakfast was good, hot and well stocked.

It was a reasonable price for a comfortable one-night stay.

Everything was great

I paid $165.00 for one night and was told that breakfast was at 7:00. When I went to breakfast I was told that breakfast was not included and would be $12.50 more. Seriously $165 and breakfast is not included. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

My 10 year daughter and I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. Everything was great as usual, except for a delay at check in. We arrived a little after 4 pm and had to wait 30 mins for our room to be ready. Normally check in is at 3. The front desk clerk was very nice though.

I was extremely happy with this hotel for the price. Everything was fairly new and updated. Things like soft closing toilet seat Keurig coffee pot in the room refrigerator and microwave in a cabinet a large TV and a great choice of channels, and Airconditioning controlled by a thermostat not a big loud box under your window. So far I have never been disappointed with an IHG Hotel

The room was one of the largest hotel rooms I have stayed in. It was very comfortable for our family. & I felt safe in this part of the city.

The guy that checked us in was so great!! He was very professional but had such a great gift of southern hospitality....we felt at home as soon as we checked in!! The lady who checked us out....very same!! Even the ladies who cleaned the room were so friendly!! The room was very clean and the breakfast was one of the best we've had!! Great prices as well!! We have stayed here often and we love it!! :)

I love the look of the hotel itself, inside and out. I also enjoyed the convenience of it being close to shopping, gas, & restaurants.

I have an awesome time to this hotel but the most important think about this hotel is safe, and spotless, cool stuff easy to talk your any issue. Definitely I am going back
