Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage unmittelbar am Atlantikstrand, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch unweit der sehr lebendigen Ausgehmeile von Playa de las Americas. Man kann auch die Infrastruktur des Mediterran Palace Hotels nutzen, was sehr nützlich ist. Das Personal speziell an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist überaus hilfsbereit und herzlich.

wenn man was suchen möchte, würde ich mir in einem 5 Stern Hotel wünschen, dass man jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt, eine aufgefüllte Minibar wäre ebenfalls nicht schlecht.

When I booked through booking.com there was no note to say the room that we booked was a no smoking room. We had a beautiful duplex room with a top floor as well which had a plunge pool and Bali bed, we were told on arrival that we could not smoke on our terrace so had to have a cigarette in the car park which was 3 floors down. If booking.com had mentioned this in their description at the off set I would not have booked that room. The staff did their best and moved us the following day to a ground floor suite where you could smoke on the balcony area. They said we would have to move again in four days to a smaller room. That would have meant 3 moves in our 10 day trip..... My partner paid an extra £400 plus to stay in that room for the rest of or stay. This wasn't a cheap hotel so put the value up very considerably. Our ground floor suite was amazing but we should have been told at the beginning of the booking that we couldn't smoke on our terrace.
