Oaks Auckland Hotel

Room facilities were good. Enough tea and coffee. Nice big bed that was comfy. A little tired perhaps, but great to have two types of pillow. Room was a good temp without touching heaters. Great location. Liked being able to wander out through the complex to get to breakfast. Would be a great location for. Concert. Well priced. Great location. We were meeting people we met in Agreece in a previous G adventure sail. So was perfect to be in the same premises.great location. Comfortable

The room was noisy early on in the evening and I was fearful it would be very noisy. However it all calmed down. The curtains did not over the whole window, so there was light at the edges. I thought the bathroom was a little dirty. Not your fault, but the neighbour arrived early in the morning, woke me up, banged his door shut and banged around the room. Before he, and I know he was a he, did a big noisy pee! I gave his door a good bang on the way out.

Good parking close by - short walk to supermarket and britomart

Great location for the arena, friendly staff, nice permanent fixtures in the room (main bed) great shower, pleased with provided toiletries, too.

We booked a studio but due to refurbishments, we were allocated one room, with my 18 year old son on a camp bed that was really only adequate for a primary schooler. It was broken and collapsed overnight. We told staff and they were apologetic and it was repaired but it was still uncomfortable and kept slipping forwards and backwards on the legs. I wish they had put a single bed in the room instead of a temporary bed. The breakfast wasn't great, not much was GF, and not a great spread for people without allergies, either.

Location - perfect for an event at Spark Arena. Staff - super friendly. Rooms - very comfortable.
