Unfortunately I had some noisy neighbours that were playing loud music until very late. Sent email to the company but never heard back.
Parking was very complicated, the other people in the property did not follow the rules and there is almost no space for more than 3 cars.
On the bright side, good location and the property was pretty clean.

The apartment itself was quite nice. It was clean and well appointed. However, the air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs did not work. We tried emailing and calling the host multiple times, but received no reply. The weather was warm, so it was very hot in the loft, and we did not sleep. There was no remote for the TV downstairs and the upstairs TV remotes didn’t work. If it wasn’t for the broken air conditioners and the poor communication, our stay would’ve been much better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed on the outdoor patio sipping wine while looking at Mont Tremblant. All the necessities were well provided for.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this refuge just a few blocks away from the overcrowding of the main village. Quiet and tranquil with breathtaking views of the mountain. Well maintained with a focus on distancing.

We had a great stay. The apartment was much more spacious than anticipated and had lots of little things that a cabin inspired place would need.
There's a nice view, it's a little outside the main areas of attraction but that's a good thing.
It's super quiet, relaxing and we particularly loved the covered balcony we had for the day that had a bit of rain.

Loved the rustic feel of the hotel. Location was close to the village but removed enough to not worry about noise in the evening to wind down.

Charming property. Very quiet and relaxing and close to everything.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Very comfortable and fully furnished rooms (fully equipped kitchenette with everything that you may need).
The only negative (if there is one) is the access to the parking. There is very little space in the parking and if someone did not park their vehicle properly, others guests might be stucked

The property is a beautiful walk to the Mont Tremblant ski slopes and situated in a great location as it backs into a hillside! Would definitely recommend this place as it’s reasonable in price and provides good value

Cute place, lovely apartment with separate bedroom (le grand). Had all the amenities for a lovely stay. Our only issue was the house cleaner came to clean before check out time.

one downside - we had brought our bikes, and there was very limited space to store them - we enquired with the owner, with no response
based on the layout of the building, I am not sure that it is suitable for a ski holiday or cycling, but once we got the bikes squared away, the rest of the stay was fine,

The check in was easy. Very beautiful and clean. It was very relaxing to be able to sit and sip coffee on the balcony and be able to see the ski hill. We will be back.

Amazing place to stay at. The only one thing was that the last person to stay there had shut the fridge off and left the door shut. So it had a pretty bad smell. I called and they sent someone over within 15 minutes and it was rectified quickly. Excellent service. I would definitely stay there again

We truly enjoyed our stay at the refuge! Everything was perfect for us, we even had a bonus the first morning of our stay as a deer visited us close to our balcony! We got what we wished for, a relaxing, quiet and tranquil place but not far from the points of interests in the area. We only had one wish and that is we should have booked an extra night! We highly recommend this place! We will come back for sure in the fall!

Very cozy but spacious place with nice views of the Mont Tremblant skiing trails. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The fireplace heaters worked well so there no problem with staying warm. The location is nice - it's close to most things but just far enough away that it's quiet and private.
The self-check in kiosk was nice but also a bit confusing for me. It took me a bit to realize that the screen is not touch-screen and that there is a mouse to use in the box below. Also I believe all the screens were in French. Luckily I read French well enough that this wasn't a problem but for those who don't, have Google Translate ready. Once we were in, the door pass code instead of a key was very convenient.

This place is wonderful. Reasonable very clean and central to everything. The place is just magnificant very well made and I highly recommend.
