We found it to be a nice hotel. The room was ok the biggest issue is having 2 double beds in the room. Doubke beds are hard to sleep comfortable with 2 adults. It said it was a newly renovated room but I'm not how newly it was renovated it seemed as though only parts of the room had been. The shower in the bathroom made very funny noises and really didnt have much preasure, along with the grouted area was not very clean and needs a good scrub. The couch that makes into a twin bed was super uncomfortable for when you sat on the couch it sank in. The breakfast was good. I was a little disappointed at breakfast when i heard another guest ask for some help with cutting up her toast (was obvious she waa handicapped and unable to use one arm) and was told by the attendant they couldn't help because they can not touch a guest food. Would have been if they had found someone to help her instead of ignoring the issue and making her breakfast experiece uncomfortable. My 9 year old child and I helped the lady so she had a better experience. Its the little bits of help that set an experience above others. I waa suprised to find that the pool was only open until 8pm and it says it is heated and its not very warm at all. The 2 times we brought my daughter down to the pool there was something going on with the pool. 1 time it was having more water put and the other time it was being cleaned with the machine. Those seem like things that should be done once it is shut down at 8pm.

Easy check in. Only problem. Our door did not lock. After going to leave for day, went to double check door with a push, it flew open. My husband realized it wasn’t catching the latch and the door needed to be lifted in order to close tight. Maintenance came, said he fixed, walked away, I went to leave after him, door tensioned the same. Had to use deadbolt at night to make sure door didn’t open. Careful of room 208.

Hotel service was wonderful and room was spacious.

My favorite place in Braintree

I decided to stay at your hotel during my 50th birthday. I wasn't aware of the $150 deposit in addition to the cost of the room. This amount was held on my card for the entire stay. I think it would be nice to be informed prior. Over all, the experience was great. Breakfast selections were ok. I think signage stating the hours of the complimentary breakfast would be nice. Also, there isn't a designated smoking area at the hotel. I saw individuals standing at the side door smoking and putting out the cigarettes on the ground and the wall of the hotel. I think having a canister for cigarettes to be place in when done would keep the property clean, and safe from any potential fires. The only thing about my hotel stay that I didn't like was the no microwave in the room. I recently had foot surgery and I'm wearing a post-surgery boot. I had to leave the 4th flr. to heat my food in the lobby.

Bathroom is too tight to get thru to the shower. Not good for big people. Even sitting on toilet seat. Not friendly big people.

Only one elevator is available but not traffic

Our room appeared to be recently renovated, except for the bathroom. The shower stall was dated and the water pressure and shower head were not up to par. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels (runny eggs and oatmeal). On the positive, it was a nice location for easy access to Boston.

People working in hotel were hospitable and room service was always there for any needs and workers are always accommodating.

Ciean rooms. Friendly staff. Only thing i can complain about is not having vending machines and the ice machines are on every other floor.
