clean and well kept hotel with easy access to lots of dining

Quick trip, very comfortable and clean. Love that there was a Starbucks in the same building!

Stay was mostly good, clean facilities but was placed in adjoining room and the people next door were extremely loud at 6 am. The noise in the hallway was loud as well.

Stayed here before and had no issues. However this time our room was directly across the street from the parking garage and the loud humming sound coming from it kept us up All night. Room 310.. STAY AWAY.

Stayed for two nights for a business trip - location was near our project and parking was convenient and free.

Location great for uptown Normal. Ellie at front desk 5 star otherwise can not recommend. Place was not clean, trash overflowing in lobby and other areas. No maid service even after asking repeatedly. Will not stay there again.

We stayed here 2 nights ago and found it so clean, updated and nice. We chose to stay here again because of that. However tonight our room is not as clean as I would want. There is a broken drawer, a door off its hinges, the lamp won't work and shower is out of soap. We will probably not stay here again.

Staff was very helpful straightening out an issue (one we created lol) lots of parking with MANY free EV chargers. A block from a trendy area with bars, restaurants.

I've stayed here many times and I've always had an enjoyable stay. The staff is always friendly.

Room was sparsely furnished. I needed another blanket and had to search closet.

Booked AND paid for a two queen bed room for our family of five. When we arrived at check in we were told they sold out and only had king bed rooms. I don’t know how you sell out of something I’ve already paid to reserve. This is our second stay here and our second issue with check in and a room at this hotel. We got to the room with a king bed and horribly uncomfortable pull out couch. There was dog hair all over the underside of the pull out couch. Save yourself the headache and stay across the street at the Marriott. I will not be staying here again.

It was a very nice hotel. Our key did not work on our room so the attendant up'd our room and gave us a suite. It was awesome.

Close to ISU

I checked in late around 9pm and the front desk was only going to give me one key even though there were 4 in our room. Upon arrival to the room we had difficulty getting into the room. The door would not open unless you lifted up on the handle. It had obviously been repaired before because the door was shaved at the top of the jamb where it was apparently sticking. Once in the room, we found the window roller shade laying on the floor. Went to use the bathroom and the toilet was not secured to the floor. It was rocking back and forth and was not comfortable using it. Called the front desk to report the issues, no answer. Went down to the front desk on our way out to report the issue and couldn’t find the women who checked me in literally ten minutes earlier. Reported the issues upon check out and the front desk did not seemed concerned or surprised. Will never stay here again.

Didn’t really care for the parking garage across the street but over all it was a great stay for the Brett Young concert! I’d stay here again . Staff was friendly room was clean and area was great for walking

I was impressed by how the website really took this to the next level….. or so I thought! Housekeeping WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I had to go to the front desk and get new towels for the next day, new soaps. They never “cleaned” anything in our room (we are neat people anyways) AND ECO-Friendly!!! Yeah right the vents in the room were FLITHY WITH SO MUST DUST!!! Disgusting!!! And the prices are sooooo price gouged for ISU Parents weekend, it’s ridiculous!!!! We will never stay at this resort EVER AGAIN!!! So disappointing!!!

Very nice overall experience. Good location, free parking was very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Rooms were clean. The only negative was room was very very cold!!

Parking was easy, room was good. Staff was hardly ever around and they wouldn't let me check out 15 minutes late.

Excellent food and refreshment options within walking distance, college campus

Came in to attend the ISU football game and spend the night in Normal. The hotel is centrally located and had great service. We had a wonderful time.

Very close to Train station, clean and nice staff

need to be updated, carpet appeared to be old, furniture showing wear

Breakfast and parking included. Accessible to entire ISU campus.

The area was right in the middle of the college. It was great to see all the college students getting ready for school to start.
