House was spacious and in a very nice area - near plenty of shopping and restaurants

Overall this property was excellent, it had everything we needed to enjoy a great family vacation.

This house is really nice and clean and complete. I highly recommend it for family and friends.

Comfortable but no basic food staples.

Unlike other places we have rented, there was no friendly welcome to the home. Instead, there were multiple signs telling us what not to do! "Heated pool" listed in description of this house and in list of amenities. We quickly learned it was NOT heated and to heat it we would be charged an additional $80/day and it would take 3 days to warm up. Since a heated pool was one of the reasons we choose this listing, we were all extremely disappointed and felt incredibly deceived! The description and pictured of this house showed a large game room which added to the appeal of this home to our family. We quickly learned that this was also not as described! The golf game did not work. The video game worked on practice mode only. If you wanted to play a regular game, you needed to PAY! Next to the dart game was a bowl filled with broken darts. The entire house was well furnished but tired and worn. For the amount we paid in rent there was no wow. Minimal selection of glassware, cheap silverware, filthy carpeting, worn paint, missing smoke alarm, patched areas not painted. There is not enough space to explain all of our reasons for disappointment. On a positive note, the putting green was nice and the home is in a great neighborhood.

Beautiful home the photos do it no justice. But our grandchildren were looking forward to splashing in the heated pool. When I reached out to inquire as to why it wasn’t heated I was told I would be charged an additional amount of $750.17 for them to turn on the pool heating element and the pool pump and that was never disclosed in my rental agreement. Very disappointed about that even if the weather most days swimming wasn’t permitted, the option was supposed to be available.

The pool heater did not work the entire time. I called the first morning and was told they would submit a maintenance ticket. No one showed up. I called again the next morning and was told “ no one picked up the ticket “ and they would request it again. No one showed up on day 2. Called again morning of day 3 and was told the repair wasn’t indicated as high priority so hasn’t been done. She said it was definitely an error on Vacasa's end. She put me on hold and said she would contact a “local” property manager. When she came back on the phone she said someone local would call me in 20-30 minutes. I never received a call back and no one ever came to look at the pool. We purposely booked this house because it had a heated pool, and our trip was a family birthday celebration with our kids and grandkids. Not having the heated pool we promised them was a huge disappointment. Making 3 phone calls to customer service that were totally ignored and not followed up on is unacceptable. I've emailed Vacasa customer service, but after 3 days still no response.

The home was large and had a great backyard.
