Great hotel. Very clean. Could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked into the room. Very comfortable bed big bathroom.

The bathroom door did stay closed on its own. You had to have someone prop something to hold it closed. There was a leake in the floor in the room. If you stepped near the window water came up from the floor. Will not recommend or stay at any Indigo again. The staff at tge front desk was the only saving grace. But should have never let a guest in that room.

My reservation was cancelled prior to my planned stay. Called the hotel directly. However, I continue to receive emails as if I stayed. Now I have to follow up and make sure my card not charged. I think I dodged a bullet, assuming I didnt pay for it.

Older refurbished property and it shows. Restaurant not indicated as being under renovation before booking. AC was programmed to only go down to 72. I never managed to get the room below 74 degrees. Summer must be brutal here.

The people at the front desk were very cool people. They were knowledgeable about the area and how to get to food or tourist attractions. They also were just awesome people in general...we had good interactions. They loved my son. Lovely people. If we ever come back to Memphis...we will be staying here again.

I love the Guest Service Specialist. Cameron was a light on a dark day. I missed my flight and had to stay a night. He was so uplifting and upbeat. He deserves a promotion! I'll be back for my birthday because of him!! Also the room was very homey and very nicely cleaned! Shout out to the housekeeper. "Miss S".

Nicely remodeled hotel in downtown Memphis, just blocks from Beale street. The decor is cool retro and the beds are very comfortable. They have good security and key-card elevators and parking. Very friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the website didn’t disclose that the on-site restaurant was permanently closed.

The best part of our stay was the guy at the front desk. Carlton was amazing! The rest of the stay was just so,so. Part of it was expedias fault part was the hotel. I paid for a room with 1 king size bed. When i got there, we were given a room that had 2 queens instead, and i was informed the room i booked wasnt available, even though i had booked it almost a month out. Expedia didnt make me aware of this, therefore when i paid, i paid for a more expensive room that turned out wasnt available and was placed in a room that the hotel told me shouldve cost less. But since it was vooked through expedia there was nothing that could be done. Then when we went to take a shower, the water barely got warm. The water was far from hot. The room definitely was not worth the cost. We will never stay there again for that price. Ive stayed in much nicer places with much bigger rooms for far less than what we paid. But, fortunately, like i said, Carlton was very pleasant and should definitely be one of the faces of the company.

Very nice hotel, the shower was a little too fancy!

The shower wasn’t well put together sliding doors on shower wouldn’t stay put which led to water from the shower getting wet..also no privacy with bathroom door because of the sliding and the bathroom wasn’t closed in because of the sliding door as well…the cable kept goin in and out couldn’t watch tv properly…the cost of room was too much being that this hotel was in renovation a lot of things weren’t accessible because of it!

Nice hotel. There was no shampoo in the room. Housekeeping can at least make sure the necessities are in the room.

Good location for walking to Beale Street. Thermostat in first room didn’t work at all. Staff moved us to another room when maintenance couldn’t fix the thermostat. Thermostat in second room was wonky, had to finally just shut the unit off at 300am. The heater noise was awful in the first room, was quieter but still annoying in the second room.

Conveniently located hotel at a fair price. Very cool looking lobby and room. Best of all the staff was friendly, helpful, and a lot of fun. Carla answered all our questions about visiting an amazing city and is someone you will be happy you had the pleasure of meeting. 🙂

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is the diamond in the rough. Staying there for convocation no it's not one of the other popular hotel chains but the nostaglia of this hotel made it very special. We were told that they are in the process of renovating and next year it will be even better. We missed not having breakfast there but look forward to attending next year

I had a flight that landed at 11:45pm. I got to the hotel to check in and front desk was pleasant. The check in process was smooth. When i got in my room the floors were dirty and the bathroom seemed as if it was not cleaned. I was uncomfortable so they moved me to another room. The second room was just as dirty along with a cracked wall and extension cord hanging from the light and the lights near the window did not work. This was a poor experience. I still dont think its fair to pay for the first night when i checked in and checked out within 1 hour of staying there and it was fault of the hotel for not keeping up with the cleanliness of the room.

I always stay here when passing through. Carl was great last night helping me get checked in. Shanae (sp) went above and beyond this morning to be helpful. So courteous and professional! I hope to always be able to stay here.
