Very comfortable room and bed. Good hot shower.
Breakfast was better in the past!
More effort needed....fresh bread instead of day-old bread would be a good start.

Friendly.
Nice modern room, very comfortable bed with good linen.
Great location.
The WiFi was not very reliable sometimes.
Breakfasts could be better. The main option choice was great, but the bread was dry and some fresh fruit would have been good.

Great central location, only a couple of steps from the main plaza. The reception staff were so helpful- nothing was too much.
It was quite noisy at night. Being so close to Starbucks, there were people moving and being noisy at night.

The main reason to stay in this hotel is it location. The room was big and comfortable, although heating was bad.
Staff at main desk not too friendly... They informed me that breakfast started at 6.30 hs, but when getting there there were few things ready and you have to order fruit, eggs, etc. The food is not there, so no chance to be in a rush, plan at least half an hour to be there to get the basics. The main door closes at night, and the person in charge took some time to open...

"Nice clean room, superior location, friendly staff, good breakfast, would return!
Also love that they always have Coca tea available for dealing with altitude sickness."
