Ambassadori Kachreti Golf Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Ambassadori Kachreti. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. What made our stay truly special was that it was my birthday. We had originally booked a different room, but as a birthday surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a much larger and more luxurious King room at no additional cost. This was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. The food was amazing- the breakfast was wonderful and very versatile, the women making the special request eggs were lovely- making you omelettes or eggs benedict as requested. There were many activities to do- mini golf, paddle, tennis and bowling

I wish there were more pools, there are 2 pools but only 1 that is shallow enough for kids to be in- resulting on most families hanging out there and it being a bit crowded. Also- many families occupy sits by the pools by placing towels first thing in the morning and simply leaving it there and going other places and if you don’t do it as well you have no where to sit. The water in the pool was always freezing no matter how hot it was outside, too freezing for me to enter more than legs. The staff wasn’t always nice. Some were very nice and smiling and did their best to make you feel great, but others seemed to be hating their jobs and the fact that they were being asked to do it… never smiling

Pool is good food is normal.

Pillows are both hard. One should be soft. We booked for 3 people, but everything was set up for only 2. They brought the third bed later, all amenities were missing. We didn't have shower gel until we requested it. The bathroom tap was outdated, and when turned on, it splashed water everywhere, getting our clothes soaked. (And this was new building,not old)The in-room phone didn't work, so we had to walk to the reception for every single request. There are no areas designed for comfort; only restaurant and bar.The hotel is geared towards and focused mostlyon golf.
