Rajiv’s recently decorated ground floor apartment is spacious clean and airy. Its location is quiet and secure with 24 hour security guards at the entrance to the gardens and CCTV throughout. Communication with Rajiv was excellent and he was quick to respond to the minor problems that occurred with the apartment’s WIFI and loo. Power cuts were no more than to be expected and internet access was available most of the time. The kitchen facilities were good (by Indian standards) but I did have to go out and buy myself a kettle, teapot and mug. Perhaps only the Brits consider these two items to be essential? Nandita the cleaner always responded to phone calls or texts and did an excellent job. The pool is kept clean and gardens in the complex are a delight to the senses (But typical of India nobody seemed to notice the car front bumper leant against the wall of the pool machine room). Anyone new to Goa should prepare themselves for the occasional visit by the local monkey family who I believe are quite harmless. Overall I would recommend Rajiv and his apartment to all Homeaway travellers.

The apartment was spotless. A big thankyou to your cleaner. Very light and bright . Everything there you may need. Its on a lovely complex with a large swimming pool and sun loungers. The grounds are very pretty and well kept. Communication with the owner was spot on. Keep up the good work. And thankyou so much for a wonderfull stay. We will be back for sure.👌😎😎

The overall stay was fabulous. Rajiv was very much cooperative and helpful. The property was perfect in terms of location, ambience, security and a relaxing place to be at. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. It was a relaxing holiday for me.. Thanks to Rajiv for his overall prompt arrangements
